Beware of the friendly greetings of Firestone Auto Care. Ive done THOUSAND$ with Firestone. They should drop the complete from their business name. Personally I find it disturbing a name like Firestone is cheapened with the level of service performed on autos here or any Firestone/Tires Plus around the country and believe me Ive been to quite a few Firestone / Tires Plus-Olsen tire over the years. Fairly recently I bought 4 new tires at Everhard Rd once and all tires were filled to 90 psi. After calling the Firestone I was told it was a probably a faulty tire pressure gauge. Isnt that serious? Around 5-months later I went to the same Firestone on Everhard Rd. for a nail in my tire. Once I left and got some gas I noticed the tire that was repaired looked extremely over inflated. EVEN AFTER I jokingly referred to the previous over inflation of my new tires. Yep...go figure? Tire pressure pushing 90 psi. Believe it or not this happened again even after that. GO FIGURE! I started going to Atlantic Blvd. store. Shoddy work performed for too much money. My advice.....For yours and your families safety stay away from Firestone Complete Auto Care/ Tires Plus brand. BEWARE! STAY AWAY! For safetys sake.

First visit came in for an oil change & asked them to see why my power steering was making noise...they said it wasnt making a noise...my husband ckd & the power steering fluid was low, filled it & noise went away!!...I also began having an oil leak after this visit...2nd visit, took 2 1/2 hrs!!...& they tried to sell me everything under the sun...also needed a tire replaced, have road hazard warranty but they dont have tire in stock, could take couple weeks maybe couple months??...I thought Firestone tires were made here in akron?...I wont be going back...

Got tires and wanted an alignment. Couldnt do it because ball joints were so worn. They gave me an estimate for the balljoints which i declined, they did not pressure me at all for it to be done there. Just diagnosed it for me. I am going back now to get my alignment. Great prices on tires, staff is friendly and informative. I will always come back to this eatablishment.

Wish the girl at the front desk was more knowledgeable. I like the 29 point inspection so I know what`s wrong, then I have my personal mechanic fix it for 75% less than there quote. Oil changes are fairly priced. Wait is about average. I`ll return for oil change only maybe every other time. There`s better deals on Groupon, but these guys will work in a pinch.

I sat in the waiting room twice. First time was for new tires. It took 4 hours for this. Second time was a week later to get them reballanced due to major vibration. That took 2 hours 45 minutes and it still was vibrating. They were not even busy either time. I will never buy from here again. Service sucks and so do the tires I paid $1200.00 for.

Best service around. Dont treat you like a money machine. No pressure on extra purchases. Very informative. Staff is super friendly. Ed and his team at is the who I refer everyone to go to. His staff is thorough and accurate. If that takes a few extra minutes, I will wait for the safety.
