Ive been taking my cars to Top Value for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. My parents were the ones who recommended Gary and his business years ago because of their great service and fair prices. My Grandma had also been going to them as well without any problems. Now, I have gone through a few cars and Top Value has checked out potential cars for me as well as fixed problems over the years. They have also changed my oil when I needed it. I have recommended Top Value to others because Gary and his staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, fair and fast. My family will continue to be lifelong customers. This place is a joke I got a car from abc motor credit in canton Ohio they sent me there for the we owe repairs on my brakes they turn around and say there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I now took it abc service center and come to find out that in fact my left rear caliper was froze and all four pads and rotors are indeed bad just like I had originally stated Im a mechanic myself so I didnt need someone to tell me they were bad but to tell me that there was nothing wrong thats a load of crap will never go there again not even for an oil change be warned they are bad business

Worst shop Ive ever experienced. They are basically just part changers. They did a horrible job on a window. No washers on the bolts to hold the motor down. By the time I get to it the bolts are stripped out of the thin metal and some werent even put in! Diagnosed a car and took it for a test ride and the car smelled of beer afterword. This was the head guy Gary... Glad I changed the wheel bearings... the car probably would never run again... I dont see why this guy insists on taking his daughters car there... Garys condescending too, that or he was just drunk.

Im not a big review guy but these people earned one. I took my high modified performance street car to them for a broken exhaust and they welded it so it works and sounds like new. No more rattles, only peace of mind for a FAIR price (which is hard to come by now-a-days). A+ for Gary the manager and his staff

Their work is always done right. Very professional. Helpful - willing to look at the car and give an estimate first. Didnt charge us to unstick a locked up back rear brake they discovered while doing other work. Prices are always very competitive and fair. Top Value - yes.

Best guys around took my car and fixed the problems another shop had left me and gave me an amazing price have referred friends and family if you havent already taken your vehicle her for your maintenance needs you better start these guys are the best in town needs

Good work. Good prices. The guys in here are super nice and helpful and if you have any questions they take the time to answer them and make sure you understand it all. I live 45 minutes away from Canton but Ill keep bringing my cars to these guys.
