We had a "mysterious" leak in our 100 yr old brick house in Bellevue, Ky. I contacted Alfonso Huckleberry at Patriot Roofing and he came out quickly and diagnosed the leak as an improperly installed step flashing as well as poorly installed downspouts. We received a quote quickly and pleasantly it was a very reasonable price. So much so, that we opted to upgrade to copper downspouts and collector boxes. Through the process of revising the bid (we changed our minds a few times) Alfonso was always friendly and prompt, and was honestly concerned with the quality of the job and satisfying what we wanted. It took awhile (this was not surprising to me as roofing companies are usually backed up) to have the actual work done, but we received updates from Alfonso as time went by and we were willing to wait for the best installation team they had to work on our historic structure. When the crew did get to the installation they were were professional and did excellent work. Im glad to say the leak is fixed! And our new copper downspouts, step flashing, tuck pointing looks fantastic! When all work was done he came out personally to inspect the work and approve the integrity of the installation. I highly recommend Patriot Roofing and Alfonso in particular after having many trials with various other roofing contractors.

Matthew Melton promptly came out to tarp our leaking roof to prevent further damage. We did a full examination of the 40 year old roof & went with a full replacement of the wood, shingles, downspouts & gutters with guards & warranties. Matthew explained everything in detail. Any questions I had Matthew promptly answered. Roofers worked so hard & I was so impressed with the clean up! Not one nail left! Matthew Melton & Austin Schlake came after installation to make sure we were happy with the work. They do a walk around to insure the property is clear of debris. I highly recommend this company & Matthew or Austin for your roofing needs.

I asked a group of guys from patriot roofing to help me push my car that had stalled into a safe location. They said they would and then just drove off. Really sad that a group of large, grown men couldnt take two minutes to lend a helping hand. Patriots indeed. Unbelievable.
