This crew is truly amazing! I noticed a couple small leaks in my roof and called Titan. They were able to come out in about an hour and take a look at was going on. The guy spent about an hour in total, in my attic and on the roof, inspecting, caulking, sealing and even cleaning out my gutters while he was up there. After all was said and done, he refused payment saying just keep them in mind if I decide to replace the roof. About a week later I called to get a quote and to my surprise the price was reasonable (nice contractor, clean truck, took his time, seemed like roof for the 1% and a price to match). I decided to move forward and the surprised kept coming. Communication was awesome, they showed up on time, and got straight to work. I was home during the process but Randy texted me pictures through out the day, almost sharing in the excitement of the new roof. They completed the tear off and new roof in a day! When I got home, my yard was cleaner than when I left in the morning, no sign they were even there. I am beyond impressed. I will be calling Titan back when it is time for siding! I feel like a weight has been lifted that the roof is new AND done right. Their slogan should be: "providing a good nights sleep, one roof at a time!". Thanks Titan! You are the best!

Flat out amazing! These guys walked us through the process of replacing our roof after some serious wind damage. Communication was a breeze, and the owners checked in regularly. I had email responses from Randy himself within minutes both during the workday, and even at 10pm on a Sunday night. Having never worked through an insurance claim, I didnt need to learn much as Titan met and communicated directly with my insurance company. 20 hours after my contract was signed, they were pulling away with our old damaged roof in a trailer. Thanks Randy and his partner, and thanks to the install crew that took care of us!

Titan Siding and Roofing did an awesome job on my new roof. It was a tear off and replacement. Randy provided me with a concise proposal/quote and explained all the details. The crew arrived early, tore off the old roof, finished the new roof, cleaned up and were done by the time I came home from the office! When we discovered we had hail damage on our roof, we called Titan Siding and Roofing. We noticed they had great reviews so felt comfortable calling them. Brian Boroff came to the house and helped us decide on color and some other details. Him and his crew did exactly what they said they would do and it was done before we came home from work. Brian even came out again to ensure all nails were gone and no mess was left. We liked them so much, we are having them replace the roof on our rental property. Thanks Titan Siding and Roofing!!

These guys are truly AMAZING! I hired an independent contractor who flaked out and left me with a mess. The guy spent 3 days and got a third of my roof done, and it was installed wrong. I called Brian Boroff at Titan and he arranged a crew at the last minute and his guys not only fixed the poor install, but installed the rest of my roof in less than a day! I was told the gutter colors would be easy to match at any store. "they all(paint stores) carry mastic paint formulas" I was told be the salesperson. Well, they didnt. I was hassle to get the paint formaula form Titan.and they were rude and unprofessional when trying to get the paint information. Bad experience. I wouldnt suggest this company to anyone.

I called Titan Siding and Roofing do to having storm damage to my property and they came out quickly. They worked with my time schedule and got everything completed in timely manner. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. It looks like they were never here. I would definitely use them again.

I called Titan when I noticed some water coming down one of the walls in my family room. They came out and explained to me that I had an ice dam building along the back part of my roof. They got up, removed the ice dam and I no longer have any issues. They were friendly, well priced and prompt to remedy my situation.

Had hail damage from a storm. Titan gave us a very reasonable quote, repaired the damage promptly, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldnt be more satisfied with the entire process. Will defiantly work with them again when the time comes.
