We had an 18+ year old roof that had accumulated storm damage over the past year, so we started roof shopping. We received 5 quotes and Bell ended up in the middle. Bell applied the least pressure of all the companies. They let us know if we had any questions, they were more than happy to answer them, but we didnt receive weekly phone calls asking when we would send in a signed contract (like some of the other companies we received quotes from). Bell rearranged their schedule to fit the schedule of our insurance adjuster, and has worked well with our insurance company. All of that plus their decades of roofing experience made picking which company to sign with easy. As for the actually installation, the workers arrived a little before 7AM and left a little after 7PM. They ended up having to replace about 20% of our decking due to water damage and age, but still managed to complete the entire project (about 30 squares) in 1 day. They even re-nailed some loose fascia for free. Overall, were extremely pleased with the entire process. Great roof with great service...cant ask for much more than that! Thanks Bell

I had my roof put on yesterday and I am very pleased with the results. My realtor referred Bell to me and the quote was very reasonable. Bell stayed in touch with me via email for the necessary communications of color and instructions for day of install. They called me the day before to make sure I was aware of the dumpster and to move my car if that was needed. When I arrived to the house in the afternoon the supervisor asked me if I had any questions about the install-- in fact every time I passed by him he made sure any questions were answered. For my house the job took around 12 hours. Note to potential customers: Bell communicates that you may want to lay down plastic in your attic to capture wood, nails and other debris. In older homes with plank decking this is a good idea as there is commonly space between the planks- also if wood needs to be replaced, debris can fall through these voids as well.

It was so refreshing to hire a contractor for a big job and have it go so smoothly! To start, Charlies quote was comparable with another, larger roofer. They dropped off sample boards to confirm my color choice. Theres someone who handles scheduling, billing/logistics before the job starts, and once it does, a project manager oversees the crews work, taking photos and keeping you aware of any problem areas that will need addtl repairs. The crew put out tarps to protect my landscaping, and upon request, used my original wood to match the existing eaves. Dumpster was gone by the end of the second day. The only bad thing I could say was that the dumpster arrived at 7am and the crew was up there by 7:45 instead of 8... which was earlier than planned - not later. Fantastic job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Bell Roofing.

Bell Roofing is awesome. First, They installed a new roof a few years ago for us. important to me is the method; unlike a lot of roofers, they completed removed the old materials before installing new. Also important is communication; not only about possible weather disruptions, but potential problems that can change the price were clearly explained on the front end, and as they found both expected and unexpected problems throughout the job. Clearly, Bell intends to maintain its business long term. They also stood by their warranty during problems with a skylight the next year. This year, we had satellite TV installed. The installers apparently had to move the satellite, and left holes in the roof. Bell came out quickly and solved the problem in one trip. I wish all contractors followed Bells business practices. We have had to wash off our front steps, pick up nails and shingles, as well as deal with a dumpster in our driveway for several days. I would not recommend Bell to anyone. I am the renter not the homeowner but wanted to post my review as someone living at the house during the job. Just a quick update. The owner of the company pounded on my door and asked me to delete my review. I was on a business call and requested he come back to talk. He proceeded to threaten and curse at me for my review. I have adjusted the review from a 2-star to a 1-star. Ive recently moved and didnt want to update the review in the event he came back any more angry than he was the first time. Find another roofer. There seem to be plenty of them locally.

The Bell Roofing crew did a great job during our recent roofing and repair job. We needed lots of wood repair...we appreciate their thoroughness in finding all the damaged areas. Their customer service is excellent. Charlie was thorough in assessing our needs. Jen of their office staff patiently provided answers to all our questions and made the pre- and post-experience easy for us. The roofing crew chief and crew worked quietly and efficiently in very hot temperatures, cleaned up after day 1, and at the end of their work on day 2: when they left, you could not tell they had been here, except for having a lovely new roof. Bell Roofing came highly recommended and totally lived up to that recommendation. Great company!

Excellent customer service from start to finish, as well as quality and affordable work. I will recommend them for any work without hesitation! Update: Bell Roofing recently completed installation of a new roof on our house (December 2016). I felt their pricing was very reasonable and we moved forward. The crew was professional and not only did a wonderful job on the roof, but they also took care to ensure they cleaned up all debris. They repaired the roof decking from previous tree and water damage in areas that needed it, added new ventilation to my attic space and repaired or replaced existing roof vents. The new roof looks fantastic and I was very pleased with the entire experience!

Our roof had big problems so we contacted three companies for an estimate. Bell Roofing was the first company to call us back, and their estimate was by far the most detailed one we received. Charlie Bell very patiently went over our list of questions and discussed solutions. Our roof work was delayed by rain, but the company rescheduled us as quickly as possible. The roofing team was prompt, friendly and efficient. The office team kept us informed about the schedule and the work as it was being done. As promised, all debris was completely cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Bell Roofing to friends, they made the whole process easy and our roof looks Great!
