Called for a roof repair work. During the evaluation, I told them to call me before they came and I wanted to be there when they did the work. I was told that was not problem and the work would be scheduled for the week after. A few days later, I was on a business trip and got a phone call from my wife and told me some guys were on our roof doing something. I was shocked. Checked my cell phone and had a missed call and message saying their guys were on the way to do the repair. Obviously, they did not care if their costumers say yes or no, they just went there to do the work whenever was convenient for them. During the evaluation, I was told the work needed 2-3 hours to finish so I thought it was worth the money on the contract. My wife told me it actually just took them 20-30 min to finish the job. They are not honest people, will never do business with them again. Update: after a few arguments, they eventually agreed to cut my bill by$100. So I changed the review from one star to three stars.

I had 5 companies give me quotes to replace my roof. Bone Dry was right in the middle of the 5 quotes, but they had the strongest warranty (10 years 100%) and they were the only company that hand-nailed the shingles, rather than using air guns, which I have read can over or under-drive the nails, especially when it is cold. Based on their Angies List reviews, I decided to go with them, even though I had two cheaper bids. I am glad that I did. From the initial call to them pulling out of the driveway, they were professional. The office staff was friendly, the salesman (Pat) was very thorough and professional. He inspected the roof, attic/insulation, ventilation and gutters. There was a supervisor on site the whole time, and they replaced my roof (including all the wood decking) in one day. Other than the beautiful new roof, you cant even tell they were there. It was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I could not be more satisfied with my decision.

Bone Dry Roofing was awesome! TheY explained how things work with the insurance claim and provided a wide array of quality options. They recommend a shingle that would withstand most storms (130mph or about that) and they had different color options. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Best company ever at communication! They kept me in the loop and their team communicated directly with me and their management and labourers all in a single text strand. When issues arose, they made recommendations and let me choose how to handle the issues. Thank you for the great work Bone Dry! I will go to Bone Dry for all my future roofing needs. Thank you Patrick from Bone Dry for seeing the project through to completion - LOVE OUR NEW ROOF!!!

Very professional and easy to work with. Patrick came out to give me an estimate and was very thorough, explaining everything that they were going to do and why. He was clear and to the point and called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. Logan and José came out to do the repair the day after I submitted the signed proposal to start the work. Again I was impressed at their professionalism and their quality of work. The repair is as close in color to the old shingles as I could have hoped for. Bone Dry was the middle estimate but was the cheapest of the professional roofers I called (not just some guy in a truck). I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

On 9/16/2015, Bone Dry Masonry performed an inspection and cleaning of my chimney. Sean Adams performed the service. He was professional and kept our home clean while he worked. Sean offered me tips for increasing the longevity of my fireplace, and told me how to keep an eye out for potential issues. He even helped straighten out our old fireplace screen. This was the second time I had my chimney inspected and cleaned by Bone Dry Masonry. I plan to continue using them annually, and I would recommend them to those in the region. I wish I would have read the other review before I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to replace my damaged roof. The appointment was at 9:00 am. They decided to come early and didnt call, so no one was at home. No attempt was made to contact me and I was waiting for them at 8:45. After waiting for a half hour, I contacted the office and was told that they came to my house early and Id have to reschedule. They apparently have no appreciation or respect for their customers schedules.

We had a wonderful experience with Bone Dry Roofing. They replaced the masonry on our chimney, as well as our entire roof. John, Cody, and the entire team were quick, efficient, and thorough. After the job was done, we found ZERO nails, trash, debris from the job anywhere on our property. Their warranty cant be beat, and their people are absolute professionals. If youre looking for a company that is responsive, reasonable, and overall amazing, look no further.

I made an appointment with Bone Dry to work on damage to my roof a week in advance. My appointment was scheduled for first thing in the morning. Bone Dry waited until 4:30 p.m. the day before to call and cancel. They said they were too busy and to find somebody else to work on my roof. I cant believe a company would be so unprofessional. I will never consider using Bone Dry in the future.

I had a delay getting my quote. After that, the tear off and new roof was quickly scheduled and completed over 33 sq, starting about 7:30 and finishing by 4:30. They did a great job protecting our landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. Im very please with the outcome and would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to others. Would have rate 5 stars without quote delay issues.

Requested quotes from a couple different companies. Bone Dry Roofing had the best price for replacing the Chase top of the chimney . They kept in good contract about when the work would be done and it went very well. They were always on time and very professional.Steve is also good in explaining things and I would use them again in the future if need arises.

I have worked with Bone Dry twice now and had a great experience both times. On their most recent visit (4/26/16) they re-tacked siding on my home free of charge. The rep (Scott) stated since the piece was sitting on the side of my house and in good shape, he could fix the problem in 5- minutes. I highly recommend/appreciate their service!

They were very quick to come out after the hurricane hit Cincinnati, and they put temporary patches in place so that I would not get any water damage prior to the roof installation. I also love that they do not use the power staples that drive too far through the shingle, thus making it less secure than properly hammered shingle nails.

I recently had Bone Dry replace a flat section on my roof that was leaking into the bathroom. The price they quoted was reasonable compared to other companies and the work was completed in the timeframe that they proposed. Im very happy with the finished product and would suggest them for any roof repair job that you may need.
