I can highly recommend KTM roofing. As a homeowner seeking a complete roof replacement, I called KTM Roofing (among others) for an estimate. Kevin Creek arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional in his evaluation of my roof and his explanation of what KTM proposed as a solution. He thoroughly explained each step in the process of re-roofing a home and provided pictorial examples of past jobs to detail each step. He also took time to explain why KTM chose to use certain materials and methods and why others were inferior (again, backed up with pictures). He provided a proposal with a reasonable cost and no pressure. Other companies I interviewed had “special deals” that were only valid for a very short period (must sign now!). I was treated with respect and not pressured at all with KTM. Once I set a date, Tim, the owner, called to confirm the delivery of materials and again go over the particulars of the job. The materials arrived as scheduled and the next day I met Edwin, the foreman, and his crew. Very personable and willing to answer any of our questions, Edwin was a joy to work with. I was surprised to see that only half of our roof was removed. Edwin explained that ours was a two-day job and that they would not just strip our roof bare if they couldn’t re-roof it all the first day. Some of my neighbors (who did not use KTM) were not as fortunate and had bare roofs getting wet because their crews couldn’t finish in one day. KTM planned our roof job for a period of good weather but still took the precaution of not tearing it all off the first day. Day two and we had a brand new roof. Everything was as promised. When Edwin and his crew left there was no evidence that they had ever been there (except the new roof!). Everything was neat and clean. I give KTM my highest recommendation.

We have an older home, a brick ranch built in the 60s and it has a very plain roof line. No peaks or gables or anything. So when we decided to get a new roof we thought that at least we could get nicer shingles than we had. We went with KTM Roofing and got architectural shingles and the roof looks great. The sales person actually climbed up on the roof with sample shingles for me to see from the driveway so I could see how they would look up on the roof. He was very patient and thorough, which was important since my husband and I are both artists and are really picky about color and texture. Everyone on the crew was polite, everyone was on time (rare in my experience with contractors) and everything was cleaned up and removed as promised. All our neighbors admired our roof and rightly so! It seems that there must be a million roofers out there; they come by and leave business cards taped to your mailbox or in a plastic bag in the driveway. But KTM is far above all those tactics. Their sales materials are superior and very informative, their salespeople are very professional and not at all pushy, and they are very highly accredited and certified. They are the absolute opposite of what many people think of when they think of roofing contractors. I would not hesitate to recommend KTM Roofing to anyone I know.

KTM shines! This entire team made our roofing replacement seamless. From our initial contact with Ashley in office for scheduling; shes very professional and we loved that she sent a photo and direct cell number of the person coming to our home. Chris was knowledgeable, honest and willing to help with my many questions and concerns relating to our insurance claim and issues we were having with another not-so-honest roofer. Chris walked us through each step, even indulging us by taking calls after hours. The team member who delivered the dumpster was polite and pleasant. The team of roofers were amazing; they worked 14 hours--dawn to dusk and were so pleasant, even as they finished up at 8 pm! They cleaned up well, then showed back up the next business day to check the grounds and clean up AGAIN! Heres the kicker--this quote came in less expensive than three other quotes we got! It isnt often we encounter a company with the professionalism and integrity that we saw with all the employees at KTM. After being very impressed with Richard their sales rep. and receiving a quote with several options that were very easy to understand, I signed a contract. I was quite insistent on doing part of the job a specific way because , quite frankly, I did not know what I was doing. What I wanted to do was an inferior application but just as expensive and easier for the roofers. Tim, the owner called and explained to me the facts and why I should consider changing my mind. He was helpful very easy to understand and was able to correct my problem without making me feel like a fool. I have been in some part of the construction business for forty years and I have never experienced a team that works as hard, is as competent, and efficient as Edwin and his team. After they left, you could hardly tell they had been their except for the great looking roof The follow up was great. I will never consider using anyone else. .

KTM was recommended to us by a neighbor after we found a leak in our roof, and we had also found them in the Best Pick Reports. Overall, we had a great experience with KTM Roofing. Beginning with setting up an appointment through to getting the work done. Angie was great about setting up an appointment that worked well for us. We were scheduled within a few days as opposed to several other companies requiring several weeks. We needed someone to look at our issue as soon as possible. Leonard was our consultant. He was always on time to our scheduled appointments, very knowledgeable, and he was very patient with my multitude of questions which I appreciated. KTM was able to quickly schedule a new plumbing vent to be installed, and the job was done very well. We would happily use KTM Roofing in the future!

I just had my roof replaced by KTM this past week. KTM was one of 4 companies that I approached to get an estimate and they were the first to get back to me and spelled out everything that would be involved. The representative who worked with me, Chris Tyson, was very accessible and helped me decide what would work best for my needs. None of the other companies were as responsive or easy to work with. The actual work was completed within the time frame as described and when they cleaned up it was hard to know that they had even been there. Obviously, I cant comment on the durability of the roof since it only just went up but if their ongoing service is as efficient as their initial, then I shouldnt have anything to worry about.

What a wonderful company! We needed gutters and had previously received outlandish quotes and were at our wits end finding a reputable company that could put gutters on our smaller, older home at a reasonable price. We had a ugly house that desperately needed new fascia and gutters. From start to finish, KTM was friendly and professional. The gutters look and function perfectly. We have many specialty trees and shrubs and were concerned that whoever did the work as considerate and respectful of them...and boy were they! Nothing was damaged and they left us feeling like we had a new house! Cant say express how great the experience was....dont hesitate doing business with this phenomenal company!
