My husband and I are huge fans of Solid Rock Roofing and the owner/president, Cheryl Smith. She was so helpful when we had to replace our roof! She made many recommendations and suggestions throughout the entire process, making it easy for us to keep things moving along. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and made herself available to work with our insurance company offering to meet them at our house. Cheryl is very experienced as well as organized. I liked that I knew everything up front, and there were no surprises. She presented us with a contract which spelled everything out (which I like since I’m a detailed person), and only required a 10% down payment to begin the work. Her crew was always on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning up at the end of their work day. If you have any roofing needs, big or small, I strongly recommend Solid Rock Roofing and Cheryl Smith – she’s the best in the business and very honest – definitely someone you can trust. Thank you Cheryl!

Great, great, great roofing company! I have used Solid Rock Roofing for two projects now. One was to rebuild my chimney and the other was for an entire new roof. Both jobs had excellent workmanship and quality service. My lawn was left free of any debris, which is great for my dog who runs outside! My favorite thing about this company is their customer service. If you call, they respond, asap. Also, before I even hired them they tarped my roof when it was leaking and rain was on the way. They always have the customer experience in mind. I will use this company again and have recommended them to many friends and family already. Finally, an honest roofer!!!!!

Solid Rock replaced our roof after the wind storm. After they replaced it, we had a leak around our gutter. We called them back and they said it was because our downspout needed cleaned. It cont to leak, but only when our A/C was running. We had someone else check out the problem, and they discovered the leak was because Solid Rock shoved our condensation pump under the roof, and it could not drain. It dry rotted our new roof and rusted our gutters, and over heated our condensation pump. They did come out and fixed our dry rotted roof, but left all the garbage shoved into our gutters!!!! Very disappointed!
