Our experience with Integrity 1st Roofing was top notch. We went through 2 other roofing companies before coming across Integrity 1st (through Angies List, top roofer) and the customer service that they provide is second to none! From explaining the whole process to dealing with our insurance company Dan and his employees were courteous, informative, prompt and delivered what they promised throughout the whole process. They communicated with us start to finish and made sure that we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They do not cut corners with sub-par materials and were willing to work with us on modifications. I will suggest to anyone that they do not even talk to other companies, save time and money and call Integrity 1st. We would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I make a living in customer service and even i was impressed. Shaun explained everything in vivid detail. I know nothing about roofing or what to buy. He wasnt looking for a sale or trying to get an upgrade he just laid out the options and let us choose. They came in and installed the roof in one day, even took the step to take pictures to update me along the way. He contacted my insurance for me and even got things covered that initially wasnt addressed. I have recommended my place of business and my boss to use them for their roof and they too were impressed with the quality and the great customer service. I am a completly satisfied customer. I rarely do reveiws but i was so impressed they deserve some recognition. These are good people, and that is rare to find.

Really enjoyed working with the team at Integrity 1st! I needed a new roof FAST and they delivered super quickly and with high quality. I have worked with them again on siding and they did an awesome job on that too. Highly recommend. * Responsive - they always took the time to get back to me. Sometimes we played phone tag but we always got what we needed done * Communication - great with emails, phone calls. My favorite part is the pictures they took of the job to let you know it was done right. They were also not pushy AT ALL in their sales - simply want to get you the right information at the right time * Price - their price was the best of the bunch! * Quality - the job was done quickly, but they maintained high quality. Integrity First completed their work which was a roof, siding, gutters downspouts, and eaves in a timely fashion. My yard was pretty darn clean when they finished as well. There were several little issues that appeared, but with a simple call, these things were corrected/fixed the next day. From the initial meeting to get a quote to the finished work was an easy process, with the folks of Integrity 1st working on our timeline. We love the new look of the exterior of our house.

Integrity 1st Roofing Cincinnati is a top quality roofing company. They have checked my gutters when heavy rains caused pooling water by my basement door. Immediately, they located the problem source at the houses gutter corner. It was at the highest corner on my roof where other companies would never check.
