I cannot say enough about the over the top service I got from Patrick and his crew at Griffin Roofing. I came home from Christmas vacation, to find a small leak in my living room. Nothing too big, so I gave Patrick a call for advice on how to fix it. He was out of town, but walked me through a couple small things that I may try, but advised that when there is a small leak showing, it is probably indicative of a larger leak. So I tried my little fix to the flashing, and thought I was the king of the DIY roofers, until about a week later when the little leak came back as about 6 not so little leaks. So I called him back and he was there later that day to inspect the roof, and to put a tarp on. I had storm damage, and would need to call my insurance company to file a claim. Patrick met the adjuster at my house, pointed out what he saw, and the adjuster was being very difficult. Finally the adjuster decided that by some miracle, indeed storm damage had occurred on my house, but only on half of the house. So Patrick walked me through the next steps of how I could appeal that decision, and could ask for a second opinion. He met the adjuster again at my house, and then finally one last time he came back out to meet the adjuster and the adjusters supervisor. He was my roof advocate, and knows how to speak the roofing/insurance language. I tell you folks, I am an educated man, but while they were all discussing my roof and "squares" and 10x10 and stuff they might as well have been talking about quantum physics. I know if I were alone with these insurance adjusters, I may have been taken advantage of by them. They have a job to do, and it sort of seemed that it was to deny my claim first, agree to a partial claim second, then if they had to cover the whole thing. I wouldnt have known that I could appeal their decision if it were not for Patrick. So finally they relented and did what was right. I had the whole roof covered by insurance minus my deductible. So Patrick looked at my house color, style, and also the surrounding houses, and determined about 4 colors of shingles that would look best on my roof. My wife and I, chose one, and about 2 days later the shingles arrived at our house. The next morning at 6:30 the workers showed up at the house. The crew were all polite, friendly and professional. I watched in amazement as they stripped the old roof off after they covered the entire outside perimeter of the house with a tarp. In about 2 hours, the old room was gone, and after a few pieces of roof decking that was damaged was replaced, the new roof started getting put on. First the underlayment stuff, then the shingles themselves. By 5pm, the roof was completely finished, the tarps were gone, and not a single nail, piece of old roof, or trash was around the house at all. It was as if roofing elves had come, and then disappeared. The only evidence that they had been there was a new beautiful roof. So if you need a roof for your house, whether it be from storm damage, or just it being old, Id call Patrick first. I had already sent him to a friend before I used him myself and she extremely pleased as well. As a Real Estate agent, it is important that we have trusted vendors that we can refer to our clients. These vendors need to be dependable, honest, and do an outstanding job. Now when my clients need a roofer, I can be sure that they will be taken care of completely, because "Roof? Ive got a guy for that." Patrick Griffin at Griffin Roofing.

All around a great and efficient crew. Were thankful for the time Patrick took to ensure we were understanding exactly what our home would need and how extensive the wear and tear was. It was also great to see Patrick there each day to check progress and their work to see what best direction to continue moving for effectiveness and efficiency, and also to update us as to the progress. These guys worked incredibly hard on our roof, which had four layers of asphalt shingles and some serious decking and sagging repair needed. End result is loved. Greatly appreciated. Thank you!
