I am absolutely beside myself. We are in the process of purchasing a house, KNOWING it needs some roof work and intending to get the work done. We were hoping to get an estimate to lower the cost of the house so we can use the money saved to do repairs. Campbell roofing was suggested to us as a great company from a family member for estimates AND repairs we would have needed. My boyfriend called last week and was advised someone would call him back, no one called, he called again today (6 days later) and was advised the same thing. I got on their website and sent en email request for an estimate. About an hour later I received a call and immediately I was chastised about how he searched for my name and it never showed that I called, I let him know that it was under my boyfriends name to which he said he saw it earlier but Mr. Campbell (the man who called me) does not sit in an office and answer the phone and emails all day long and he is busy. He then said he will not do an estimate on a property that is not mine and that I do not have permission to have looked at or repaired. He then went on to tell me that it is a waste of his time to spend an hour and a half looking at a property that I could not purchase or have someone else fix. I completely understand that, but he was beyond derogatory and almost acted offended that I had reached out to ask for an estimate on a potential home. Whats funny is their website talks all about customers being their priority. No, I have not made a purchase yet or used their service, but I know that I will not in the future just from the way I was talked to. Sorry for "wasting your time".

Greg was the first to return my call and was out within an hour to give me a free estimate. After waiting for the insurance adjuster to get back with me, Greg meet with the adjuster and myself on a Saturday morning. At first the adjuster just wanted to replace the few bad shingles but Greg fought for me and told the adjuster that replacing the shingles would be putting a ban aide on the problem since I had storm damage with water leaking into my house. After the adjuster finally agreed with Greg, the entire roof was replaced in a day by Gregs crew and they did a great job!!!!! Always will recommend Campbell roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof

I have used Campbell Roofing to install a new roof on my home and on the building where my office is located. Both jobs were completed on time, on budget and with all clean-up done. They also installed new gutters, down-spouts and gutter guards on both buildings with excellent results. Once I had them inspect an old roof on a recent home purchase, fully expecting to put on a new roof. They came out and inspected it, repaired a few spots and told me that I has 5-6 years left on my roof life. No over-selling a roof job. I TRUST Campbell Roofing and Greg Campbell fully and would recommend them to all.

Campbell Roofing did a fantastic job with my roof replacement. Greg was great to work with on the estimate, color choice and planning. He went out of his way to show me houses in the area with specific color choices so I could see larger samples. The work crew is experienced! Most of the guys have been doing roofing for 10+ years and it shows. Ive had neighbors comment on how good it looks and others who are experienced with shingle installation who have said they can tell it was a top notch job. I would highly recommend Campbell Roofing for repairs and installation.

I asked Campbell Roofing if they would take a look at my flat roof as I was having some issues with moisture coming in, not much but little by little over the years causing an issue. Greg Campbell himself came out and in about 3 minutes had the issue diagnosed and a remedy underway. It is his experience and professionalism that impresses. On top of that, the bill was commensurate with the effort which happily in this case was minimal. I love to encounter a straight up small businessman you can trust!

Campbell roofing doesnt use subcontractors for roof tear off replace. Mr. Campbell was personable and made the experience enjoyable. The work performed by the crew was top notch. I would recommend them to a friend.
