Weve had an absolutely traumatic time trying to get Certified Roofing and Gutters to come out and fix legitimate warranty issues (such as water infiltration!!) after installation earlier this year. We have been calling repeatedly for seven months. Dont believe their warranty...they are happy and willing to come out and install products but if you have problems, I guess youll be on your own based on our experience. They demanded payment the day after installation even though we brought several issues to their attention...they said theyd be back in a few weeks to fix the issues that they admitted definitely required attention, so we paid in good faith. So far, we still have issues requiring work...shingles installed on rotten wood, water infiltration, gutters that drain improperly, etc. Sloppy workmanship and worse customer service. Good luck to you if you work with this outfit.

I am happy to share my experience with such a professional company. From the very beginning the salesperson was informative, knowledgeable and not aggressive with his approach. The weather was very uncooperative which extended the date of installment; but I must say that the staff always stayed in contact to inform me of my position regarding the estimated installation date. When the day of installation arrived the crew had an early start, I had several errands to run. They worked as a unit, my landscaped was protected, I returned and they were about 50% done. I left again to have a nice lunch with my guest. When I returned home the property was clean, not one peace of debris and no damage. I returned home to a beautiful architectural roof. I highly recommend. Customer service still exist!

I was really impressed that they removed and installed my roof in one day; after which they removed all debris from my property. In addition to the great service was a nice, pleasant and God fearing salesman by the name of Andrew Paris. The Salesman was patient and willing to work with my hectic schedule, as he brought to the forefront of my roofing experience a comprehensive bundle of knowledge. I am very pleased with my new roof! I was able to lean on the team there to make sure that all my questions were answered and to know that they were able to discuss my situation with the adjusters. Once I received the estimate and claim check for my roof, the job was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The crew came out and worked tirelessly to knock out the work in 1 1/2 days. We were really pleased with the workmanship and the time frame that it took to move through the entire process!

This is one of the shadiest companies I have ever worked with. They took my money and went radio silent for months before showing up on a random day to install my roof. They had one person do the install and his underage child came to do the clean up. They left my house damaged and never repaired it. I am now dealing with the final payment. They will not provide a detailed invoice and have continued with their terrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

Great Experience with a great roofing company! Ask for Glen Browne and he will take good care of you. My husband searched the yard for any left over nails because we have two boxers and only found one. Their installers were very thorough in installing our roof and cleanup. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to family and friends!!!

Having the same problem as the previous review. They happily installed it for us not even 2 years ago but there is already water infiltration and wavy shingles. We also called repeatedly but this company DOES NOT care about its customers! STAY away from Certified Roofing!
