We hired 1st National Roofing after watching them redo our neighbors roof. Many houses in our neighborhood located in Suwanee GA had the recalled atlas shingles installed. They sent Sam Dennis to my home to inspect and recommend what was best for our situation. Sam was very professional, prompt and knew his profession really well. After finding few damaged and warped shingles he explained and engineered with detailed video what we needed to do next. I was very impressed with Sams work and I am pretty hard to impress. So after 2 weeks later dealing with insurance, I HAVE BRAND NEW BEAUTIFUL ROOF! My wife is happy with the new roof and already been approached by few neighbors complimenting and asking us who we used. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Sam Dennis.

We noticed some damage on our roof and contacted Ali at 1st National Roofing (404) 784-1407. He and his company came highly recommended from several other friends on my street. He came out right away and evaluated my roof for damage. He was able to pinpoint that it was wind damage and that it should be covered by our insurance. We contacted our insurance company and were pleasantly surprised that the adjuster was not only familiar with Ali, they also praised his work. We found the process to be easy and smooth. The claim did not effect our premium and was not counted against us because it was considered an act of nature. Thanks Ali for everything. Our roof looks great!

A great experience with 1st National. Zach Richey worked with us from start to finish and did a fantastic job in keeping us informed of the process and status as we went along. Zach was there when the roofers were working and made sure that we were pleased with the whole process. Obviously, there is quite a mess when they are tearing the old shingles off but Zach made a point to make sure that everything was cleaned up when they finished. He continued to follow up to make sure we were happy with the results, even 2 weeks after the roof had been completed. I would highly recommend 1st National Roofing for the professional work that they do.

Our neighbor noticed a few missing shingles on our roof, so we had Sam and his team come out to take a look. They were very quick and friendly. They took very good pictures and provided us with good information about the damage for our insurance claim. After the insurance came out to take a look and approved the job, they came out and had the entire roof replaced in one day. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for help with their roof. We even referred them to our neighbors who had their roof replaced last week.

There are a few companies out there that will try and take advantage of a home owners ignorance, but Jackson really seemed to care about our roof as if it was his own. Our house is about 12 years old and had the defective Atlas shingles with wind damage. Our insurance company had previously refused to replace the roof. After hearing their radio ad I gave them a call.They sent out their rep,Ali.He inspected the roof and had us call insurance again.We now have a new roof thanks to Alis determination in dealing with the insurance company,he would not give up.This is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with and Ali was super, Thanks
