The general contractor Ed Clark hired them to put a new roof on my home and I have been having problems ever since. The flat roof of the house has been constantly leaking and I cant get them to honor the warranty on the repair. The first time the house started leaking after the roof was put on they came out and did a patchwork fix which of course didnt solve the problem and Ive since talked with them because now the drywall is ruined and was told that someone would be out there and still nothing...I think this will end up being a court matter which is definitely not what a customer should have to go through...if you need your roof done do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They replaced my roof but never pulled the permits or had the final inspection done - even though the estimate and my final bill states this was part of the replacement work and included in the cost. I didnt find out this was not done until September when I contracted with a realtor to sell my house. The realtor has been trying for the last 2 months to contact Mathews and Sons to remedy this but hasnt been successful. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Division of Business and Professional Regulation. I do not recommend them.

They never did work for me, however the owner hires drug addicts. That steal and lie aswell as the owner lies for the employees. One of his workers stole my car on 3/12/2016 and was seen by my co worker driving my car 3/14/16 and led the cops to the car at a work site this company was doing a roof on. They all lied to the police and said they saw nothing. Not to mention was laughing and come top find out the bastard who stole the car was prob as probably on the roof while I was right there. You cant trust a liar.

Did a terrible job on my mothers roof. Left exposed nails sticking out everywhere. When I called them they said someone would come out and fix it and no one ever did. Now they wont return calls.
