Spoke with Travis who was not professional. He asked to schedule a a time 3 days after our call and I told him the field adjuster had advised to replace the temporary tarp ASAP that was put up after a storm. He said they dont work on a house until after the adjusters report is complete and asked whether the trusses were broken, I said yes, and he said he isnt going to send guys onto the roof to work on it. I said thats fine, I understand, but, Ive never done a claim before and havent been through this process so I just want to follow the advice of the adjuster and get a thicker tarp on the roof. He then asked if I had another roofing company that was going to be doing the structural work and I said I hadnt thought about it, but Im just trying to get a tarp put over the house - thats my first concern. He then cut me off and said he "didnt think theyd be able to help me and I hope you are able to find someone else who can and I appreciate the call."

Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They treated our home like a home. Not a construction site. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Took great care not to damage our landscaping or outside decorations and furniture. Very conscientious company. Highly recommend.

Do not use these people had an man come out to give and estimate for repair he was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. The killer was the profanity and name calling of a potential customers. Not a very christian company.

I have never heard of a roofing company that doesnt want to do a simple roof. I would recommend another company long before I use these guys. They are rude and dont seem to know about roofing materials.
