I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. I am a first time home owner who was in need of a new roof and I didn’t know a ton about the whole process. Lockhart was easy to get a hold of and set up an appointment for an estimate. Gary (who came out to do my estimate) was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail up front as far as what I could expect through the whole process and the work that was going to be performed. I received an estimate a few days after the appointment. I had a few questions about the estimate and received quick responses from Lockhart. The materials for the new roof showed up the day before they started and were placed on the roof. The crew completed the roof within a few days (a lot faster than I was expecting) and cleaned my yard thoroughly (I haven’t spotted any nails in my yard). They brought in a dump truck instead of a dumpster for the old shingles, so I didn’t have to worry about a dumpster scraping up my driveway. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and Lockhart made it easy. I would highly recommend them!

They replaced our roof 3 years ago in the spring. The first winter afterwards, we had a leaking roof. They said the caulking around the flashing had cracked, but failed to produce pictures, after I had requested it. They repaired it at the time. No problems until today...leaking in the exact same spot. I have no tolerance for poor workmanship! UPDATE: They saw my negative review (1 star) and immediately responded. They came out and did a treatment on the roof. So far, no more leaking. I am impressed with their quick response. If the process is more permanent, I will raise this to 5 stars. UPDATE2.0: The crew from Lockhart came out twice. They caulked out various areas of the house that were actually MY responsibility...at no cost. They also showed me some areas that need attention (chimney cap, insulation, etc.). I am very impressed with how the company has responded. I will definitely refer them in the future!

Highly Recommend this Company. From day one, I was impressed. Very professional on the phone and in person. My Chimney brick work needed repairs, and they had a guy! He was quite reasonable and did a great job. With the roofing materials, they offer an excellent product, installation, communication, everything. For those of us, that hold our breath sometimes when calling a contractor, you wont do that at all with this company. They really do match their top notch ratings. Putting a roof on is a huge deal, and its expensive, but also, remember, you get what you pay for, and its important that the roof be properly installed. They will be around when you need them and available. I will be recommending them to friends and family. No question.

Avoid at all cost or it will cost you. 1) Ask if crew was contracted, they said NO. it was. Why I know? (2) It rained that evening and my walls and ceiling were damaged and when I called them to come back the crew they claimed be there employees said they were contracted. (3) The shingles started to fall off in less than nine years, the 1st time a guy came out and did it for free. Then it started to fall off again in the front of the house, but this time they wanted about $200,. I had my son nail it together. (3) Now the back has fallen again ...look at picture...SHAME on them.. the way they treat Seniors on a fixed income!!!

If youre tired of sales pitches and want a good roof, give these guys a call. Quick, efficient, no b.s., no excuses, good job! Lowest bid without the Bull! I listened to the other pitches about BBB ratings, were rated number 1 in the nation, etc. This sales person started with "We pull the permits" instead of Let me show you our commercial. Told me about flashings instead of why I should hire them. When I sent a request for the contractor number, I received a response, without question, within 15 minutes! Im glad I choose this company and Id have them back first if I needed anything else done!

Loved this company - from start of the process to the end! Professional, on time, extremely accomodating. Selling my house and needed a roof repair done quickly to satisfy buyers lender. Called on Tuesday, Nick came out to provide an estimate on Wednesday and job was completed on Friday. Nick was great - he called to let me know what time he would be here and was on time. Great quality of work and great customer service. This company even worked with my buyer to ensure all of their needs were met. I cant say enough about these guys - I would definitely recommend them over and over again!

Extremely pleased with the roof and skylight (6) replacement. Attention to detail was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. Extra precautions were taken by Lockhart to protect the roof valleys as we requested. The team leader and crew assigned to the job were very professional and cleaned up the site daily including all fallen nails. When an issue arose with one of the roof vents from a house addition, the team leader came up with a solution which fixed the problem. Would recommend Lockhart without hesitation.

Very professional did a wonderful job Im so satisfied with my roof its beautiful the men came in the morning and was finished before 5:00 pm . Cleaned up the yard took everything away. I would highly recommend Lockhart roofing company.
