I am currently renting a property and the roof needed some work. I am rating a 3 not because of the work on the roof (which I am sure will be excellent by the way) but because of the fact that for 2 days straight there has been a big mess left in the living room after the work for the day was done. Yesterday when I arrived home there was a guy still hanging around that asked if he could help me clean up the mess they had made. There was plaster and NAILS all over my living room, my couch, and carpet. Now the reason why this bothers me is because I have a small child that does a lot of running around and I would hate for him to accidentally run over a nail and have to be taken to the hospital! The gentleman apologized numerous times and I really do appreciate him staying to clean up the mess. Buttttt the same thing happened again today as they returned to finish up the work. My mother called me and said, "Hey, theyre doing work on the roof, and there is stuff all over the floor and the couch". I was very upset because I was assured that this wouldnt happen again today. I spoke with the same guy from yesterday and he apologized over and over again. I guess since Im only the renter it doesnt matter huh? Just wish I wouldve been given a heads up about the mess that would be made so that I could atleast put something down to protect my couch and carpet! No one wants to come home and clean up a huge mess that they didnt create on their own! Besides that though, things look good so far and Im sure the owner will be pleased with you alls work since she isnt the one who has to clean up the mess. Also, I really do appreciate the guy who promised to stay and help clean up he seemed really apologetic. Just thought I should bring this to you alls attention. ******Updated 08/31/2016. I am just now seeing you alls response. I wanted to say thank you and that I did speak with the gentleman that afternoon. Hes a great guy and I apologized for being upset with the situation earlier that day. He had been working very hard and I felt pretty bad for being so aggravated. The roof looks wonderful by the way! I love the new sky lights. I really appreciate the way you all handled my concern and I just wanted to tell you how great the roof looks! Thanks again, and I will be sure to recommend your company to friends and family.

Truly 5 Star Service and Work! I contacted Stubbs after reading all the positive reviews and am happy to report they live up to their high ratings for customer service and workmanship. Dustin arrived on time, provided suggestions and a timely estimate. The proposal was lower than I expected and still had all the bells and whistles I wanted. His suggestion to use the Citys EnergyStar renovation finance program really saved me money. The Citys interest rates are much lower than using a credit card or bank financing. His crew arrived as scheduled and worked fast - they had the work completed within a day. He handled all the permits and inspections so it was absolutely no hassle for me. Finally, and very importantly, they cleaned up everything when they left so there was no sign they were there except for a great looking new roof. Call Stubbs if you need any roofing work!

Stubbs Roofing is the most professional company I’ve come across ever. From first contact, through the project completion. They always have time to answer questions, and give you the best of customer service. They are top notch in a world full of average vendors. I don’t usually do recommendation nor write reviews. However I would be remiss if I failed to do so this time. Christina is a great and so willing to go over and beyond and Dustin too. The crew who installed my roof left things better than the found them. Someone took the time to remove leaves from my front porch. I would and will recommend them with no hesitation. If you have a need for a roof, talk to Stubbs first, no other company matches their professionalism. Completely satisfied customer.

Bought a house and under the agreement the seller was supposed to replace the roof. Well....not only did it not look good, but it turns out the seller just put on new shingles over the old. While I couldnt afford to get the whole roof done, Stubbs Roofing came out and fixed it up, sealed it right, replaced a dented vent, fixed a couple other problem spots, and generally did a bang-up job. Now I can sleep soundly through the thunderstorms this summer. I had only a couple weeks to get the work done before my house insurance was to be cancelled, and Stubbs came through and did everything in a single afternoon. Looks great, the price was very reasonable, and the customer service was super friendly! When I do get to replace the roof, I know who Ill call.

Stubbs Roofing is hands down the best roofing company in Florida. Dont over pay spending on a re roof with other bigger companies with big marketing budgets. You will not get better customer service or attention to detail than with Stubbs. Stubbs is owner operated and is honest, reliable, and has reasonable prices. Ive dealt with two leaks in the past two weeks, Stubbs came out and fixed them promptly. They identified what the issue was even gave me advice that no other roofing company has ever told me. The knowledge and know how really impressed me. And when I called them they showed up within 24 hours to quote me on a re roof and the leaks. A big thank you to dustin, and mario, I finally have roofers I can trust.

We received numerous quotes for our new roof and ultimately decided to go with Stubbs. I appreciated how personal and friendly both Dustin and Christina (the owners) were. They took time on multiple occasions to answer questions, go over our options and concerns. Its obvious that they value good customer service, and have taken time to put a lot of useful information on their website. The price was very competitive and the job was well done. Since the roof was installed Ive had multiple other contractors working on the house (gutters, wood rot, landscaping) and many have said that the "roofers did it right" for this or that. I would definitely recommend and use again.
