Today I received a package for my sons school project, and it was left on my porch, opened with the contents inside dirty! The box wasnt taped (it had been broken open) and the bubble wrap was dirty as well. I was pissed and very upset! I can NEVER get an answer at the post office when I call for any reason or another. This is not the only bad experience Ive had with the mail delivery here in College Hill since they replaced our old postman Ben. This is utterly ridiculous to have people to work for such a great public service and not care about how they leave your possessions.
