I had a package that showed it was held at local office on Perry St but no delivery attempt. Called 800 # and was to receive a call back from local office but didnt. Found out from shipper that package was returned stating our address was vacant; however, weve been living at this address for 4 years. About a month later, a relative said they received a letter back stating weve moved. The relative confirmed address so I decided to call local branch and was really shocked at how rude the representative was over the phone. The rep stated that it was my fault that mail was being returned because I do not remove my mail from the box; however, I share mailbox with my neighbor (which I never got to explain). The more I tried to talk to this rep, the more she became rude towards me-even talking over me. When I told her that she was being rude, she began yelling. I then asked her why was she yelling since I hadnt yelled at her and she said "Because you act like you cant hear". She then said "Bottom line, you need to take your mail out of the mailbox and or your mail will be returned" and hung up on me. After attempting for more than an hour to call back, I finally got through and was informed that the rep was actually the Branch Manager. Although I understand that the job may be as stressful as any other job, even more so during the holidays, there is NEVER any justification for rude customer service; ESPECIALLY if the other party didnt yell. Needless to say, I filed a formal complaint with the 800 # to hopefully coach the branch manager on better customer service skills.

Had a package to be delivered, they send it back to the shipper for no reason, they did not know why. They could not print me out any evidence to supply the shipper and the package was lost. I was out the cash because they do not update the website when they return a package so ebay sided with the shipper there was no evidence to support it. They did give me the information such as when it was returned, time, carrier id but nothing official. They got a start for trying. Today a package was stated it was delivered but I have CCTV he only delivered mail. Called and they tried to brush it off until I described the man and they knew I had video so they called him and he will get the package from the wrong location and get it to me today. They are friendly, but they make you feel rushed or like they do not have time to really help. They do what they can and it may be lack of staffing, policies, training, not sure but still does not justify not doing their primary job as well as other offices, delivering mail to the correct address.

Absolutely horrible customer service,,,tracked packages do not arrive and are not scanned at the door as required. Numerous times outgoing mail is not taken from box. Tracked packages may not arrive but carrier will claim the packages have been delivered. Any complaints to the Mt Healthy office are not dealt with in a timely manner I called 5 times and was told they would call back but no calls were received when I inquire to why no one called back I was lied to by the supervisor. The supervisor basically said she talked to the carrier who claimed he personally handed me a tracked package which he did not and said there was a discrepancy in the stories inferring I was lying. Horrible customer service BEWARE...get insurance for any tracked packages...because they will lose it and blame the customer.

I have been to this post office 3 or 4 times and even though its 5 min away I decided I will drive to colerain or springdale for now on. They are so short and rude its shocking. I am a non-confrontational person so it makes me very uncomfortable when people approach me with a nasty attitude. I had an old international form on my shipping and the woman at the counter chewed me out. I told her I was unaware of the new form and I could fill another out if she wished. She told me the form had been out for two years and its not her problem I didnt stay up on changes. OK, now clearly other offices dont care since I have been using the same form for 2 years and nobody has ever said anything. I just couldnt believe I was paying someone to reprimand me. Never this place again!

This is probably the most idiotic group of people I have ever met in my life. I usually have a very long line of patience however these people wear it very very thin. We went in five different times and got five different answers. All of the staff is new, even the supervisor which we talked to.There was only one guy who seemed to know anything and he was only in on select days. And they have no competitors so they have no reason to be better... awesome

Worst postal office ever the staff is all rude . Never advise changes or when your bill is due .They always drop other peoples VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN TO MY MAILBOX AND I RETURN IT TO THEM, and it will be there again the next day . Old post boxes get stuck trying to open them and are all GREASY from them just spraying Wd40 40 on them. Manager is never there and is no help. Hate this post office they are the worst and rude!!

how hard is it to deliver both packages I was having delivered from amazon at the same time? both packages where supposed to be here on saturday 3/18/2017!! The post man only dropped 1 package off. I thought maybe he will deliver the second one today. Nope Still nothing!! But he gave put a package that was for another address in our mailbox!!! this is nuts!!

This post office is the most ridiculous group of individuals i have ever met. Dont call and ask for a return call from who is in charge because that just doesnt happen, and good luck in receiving your mail, there is a guarantee that it will be late or not come at all. Its the blind leading the blind in that place!

Clerk suggested a priority box and it saved me 12 dollars. Then someone in line helped me doc up my package and the clerk did not make me re- stand in line. She was patient and kind as well as all the people in line. Happy Holidays to all of you who helped man and where so nice.

Staff is courteous even though it is a stressful job. This is the 2nd time a package got lost at this USPS facility. Not sure whos fault that is. Very helpful once they do answer the phone. Sometimes it seams post offices are understaffed. Overall a great branch.

This is the first neighborhood I lived in that the postal carrier refuses to retun mail delivered to wrong addresses. I set out mail two days in a row and its been left in my mailbox. I see why direct deposit is very important these days.

Horrible!!!! I just called because anytime I schedule a pick up of my packages, they do NOT pick them up as scheduled. Its been several days and I was told, they will pick them up tomorrow. I am making a complaint. This is crazy.
