I Hate the service.....they ride by your house and either cant see or cant recognize a red flag that mean pick up.....i actually sat in my room with my blinds open and watch the mail man ride pass my mailbox and didnt even come back to pick up my mail i left.....i dont understand how the post office in riverdale stay in business of operation.....its not ever mail person.....its just the ones who r careless....and if we as the people depend on them for important paperwork,letter,tax returns etc...it is ashame....if u dont like your job step down and retire

I opened my po box November 19th, so of course I started to get my mail sent there. After a few weeks of checking my box I dont see any mail or packages being delivered. I walk in on Saturday to see whats the issue come to find out they have me and someone else assigned to the same damn po box smh how in the hell is that possible? Im sooo upset because I had a package sent to this po box that I bought on Black Friday and now its gone! The lady at the desk said they only thing she think couldve happened was the other owner picked up the package.

I ordered a package when I tracked it, it said my package was returned. I called the post office who informed me they didnt return it the sender requested it back. Called party city to figure out why they returned my package they said they NEVER returned it especially not over the weekend because theyre closed the post office did! Ive been calling for two hour and they will no longer answer the phone Im going to report them to Corperate office. The worst customer service ever!!!

Three times Ive gotten my neighbors mail and weve had to return it to them. We have the similar street names but ours is Upper Elm and our neighbors live behind us on Lower Elm. Once they got our mail and it was an important letter I was expecting...thank heavens they were kind enough to bring it over to us. I guess learning how to read isnt a prerequisite to being employed at this branch.

Sent a package almost two weeks ago and its still delayed.. I called and the phone was picked up but no one said anything. I just heard a bunch of employees talking/gossiping. They were laughing and just hung up on purpose.. Wtf.. And everytime I go to the location, the employees look very salty and irritated ._.

Of all the citys Ive lived on, this is the worst post office, they dont knock on your door to deliver a signature package they just leave a pink slip to pick up your package, and when you go pick it up, dont even let me talk about the employees, theres this young lady who seems to be in a bad mood everyday

Staff is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My package has been taken to the wrong address twice in one year, I really dont see the need to change your address if your packages will go to your previous address. Im not sure what is going on a this particular post office but it CLEARLY NEEDS SOME HELP.

was supposed to deliver a package at door, didnt even deliver at door. left a pink slip saying the package could not fit in mailbox and didnt take further actions supposed too. unprofessional & very unacceptable.! calling and now lines are too busy. no surprise. worst service ever

Unprofessional staff. The supervisor called me out my name and beyond disrespectful to me. I refused to go back and hand my money to them. They refuse to give me their names so I wont report them. Again, very unprofessional/disrespectful staff.

They left a door tag so I went to pickup my package the next day and nobody can find it. I was told I would get a call. I did not so I went back. The lady act like she was mad at me for coming back. I just want my package am I.

Just got a package stolen from my mailbox by a carrier at this post office. He put a BRICK in my mailslot instead of the package. So mad!! This is crazy. Deliver peoples mail and stop stealing.
