Disappointment comes to mind. The concept of unlimited car washes (for a monthly fee) is great in theory. How ever due to the hours I work it is only possible to utilize my membership once a week, I still believe its worth it, which is my prerogative. how ever I went in today during normal business hours & it was closed... so I called & the reason I received was because it was snowing & no one wants their car washed if its snowing. Thats ridiculous the roads are inundated with salt & my chassis is coated which now must remain for another week! I pulled in the lot next door while I looked up the number to call and in the 10 minutes I was there at least % cars stopped in front of the gate only to see it chained off & pull away so they are turning away customers. If a business chooses to start a membership & charge monthly fees in exchange for unlimited washes, there is an obligation to be open during business hours regardless of weather conditions. I would probably understand if it was a severe snow storm or blizzard but that is not the case. I hope they correct their business practices or I will cancel my subscription.

I been going here for years. With the monthly package. But I came into a problem...when my 2005 Honda Accord bumped the car in front of me?? Long story short, it ended up being my fault? Cuz they said there isnt any cameras, so my insurance company said its gunna go on my insurance! After I talked to them, they told me that they KNOW "Hondas" roll. So I should of had the engine off? And they put no space between the cars. Therefore, my Honda bumped the car in front of me. Putting screw marks in his bumper! Not a good experience at all! I tried to fight it, cuz they KNEW of the "problem"with Hondas rolling. But they have no signs posted about turning off Honda cars. And the workers dont tell you. Some of them, dont even know?? I would think that there would be signs at least. I dont think Ill be going back at all! Im afraid my Honda would roll into another car...

The wash comes out overall really well, but my side mirrors are often missed and left a bit dirty. This isnt a deal breaker for me but it is a bit annoying. I find the unlimited plan to be convenient but its noteworthy that its not completely unlimited - Ive been unable to wash twice in the same day. When I asked about it they were nice and accommodating. If you get more than a couple washes in a month the price is well worth it for the plan. One of the things I really like is that its all automated. A scanner reads a tag in my windshield and I can pull right through without ever rolling down my window or hanging half way out to reach buttons. This part is super convenient when the weather is bad. Overall, nice place. Decent wash.

Above and Beyond - is what comes to mind to summarize my experience at Carriage Auto Wash. Their prices are excellent and the "Unlimited Washes" package is a phenomenal deal! In this day and age it is not often that I walk away from a transaction smiling and feeling like an establishment really cares about the service they provide AND customer satisfaction! Ive always avoided car washes that arent touchless. For decades. But I heard about the $20 all you can wash deal. I figured "They must have perfected these things by now, right?" Apparently, no. Not all all. Signed up for the package, which was very easy. Took my 8 month old car through it...and came out with 3 scratches that were not there before. So I cancelled after one wash. Customer service was great, deals cant be beat, but back to touchless for me.

I had my car detailed at Carriage for the first time today. Although my original scheduled time was bumped back an hour, the gentlemen did a nice job and the inside of my car is incredibly clean. Service was pleasant and my car, which is a 2008 model, looks like new on the inside again. For only $30 and some change, I recommend coming here for detailing.

Auto wash did a terrible job of washing my little car. Cant imagine what an SUV would look like after going through. Spoke with a manager who suggested I buy another wash. Shop owner is very rude and unprofessional. Filed complaint with BBB and car wash owner called and cussed me out for filing a complaint with the BBB. Classy operation! Buyer Beware!

Place is a joke the managers and ower tell me my car wasnt scratched through their car wash? Its a brand new 2015 200s I took it there 3 days after I got it! Terrible experience worst car wash around, and then they tell me I scratched me car it wasnt their car wash! Place is a joke never take your car there

Undeniably the best car wash service I have come across. I live in Avon and work in downtown Cleveland, but I commute just for this wash. The management staff of Eric and his right hand guys Brandon and Josh truly bend over backwards for the customer. 10/10 recommend.

Great price for what it is, 20$ +tax monthly for unlimited car washes. However, maybe the soap was running low last time i was there, because my car wasnt as clean as other times ive been. I also paid extra for rain ex, and i didnt even notice it being sprayed

Eric and Carriage Car Wash are top notch. I go as often as I can and I am always happy with the service they provide. There was an issue with some damage, not related to the wash. Eric fixed the problem, and was a total gentleman. A+++++

Even when its super busy the line keeps moving and the wait is not that long. The wash is typical for an automated car wash. There isnt really convenient spot to towel dry post wash to avoid spots if it matters to you

Great service, decent amount of lanes. Lines can be busy during nice days of course. Lots of options to choose from. Nothing damaging to the vehicle. Just be careful lining your car up to the track.

They stopped pre spraying the cars do mine is always dirty by the rear bumper. Poor customer service. When I asked to be sprayed they said theyd make a one time exception?

Yeah unlimited washing for around 20 bucks a month......there are busy times and it could take up to 20 minutes but I average about 6 minutes, they do a good job
