I just moved into Strongsville and needed a TON of short dog hair removed from my car. I called up M.A.D. without any recommendation or research, just pure convenience. I spoke to Mike the owner and even though it was midday he still got me in for an interior cleaning. I dropped the car off thinking they would not be able to get ALL of the hair out since there was so much and I figured Id be charged more than their $25 dog hair fee. Fast forward 3 hours later - I get a call from Mike telling me my car will be ready in 30 minutes. I walk in and Mike was very friendly with a big warm smile telling me your car is ready! He walked me over and asked I opened the door.....I was in complete SHOCK! Ive never been in a car that was so clean in my entire life! Ive had a detail done before and it was amateur compared to Mikes job. Every crevice and crack was cleaned like the car has never been touched. Every bit of dog hair was gone. I lease a two new cars every 24-36 months and the dealerships cant touch the superior service I received. Being a regular at the Ritz Carlton, I have a high expectation of customer service. I gotta say, M.A.D. Is the Ritz Carlton of car detail. With it being 20 or so degrees outside I was expecting the car to be a little cold...but just like first class service, that small detail was taken care of as I sat in a warm, comfy, CLEAN car! I see why all the local sports stars take their exotic cars to M.A.D. First class all the way!

They ran the car for 2 hrs and 51 minutes. I took it to them for an SUV gold clean with pet detailing totaling $251 after tax. It took them from 9:30 am to 5:06 pm. The reason I know this is because I had a progressive snapshot installed and can tell they ran the car twice. Didnt drive it even 0.01 miles. This run time sure is bad for the environment and a waste of my gas tank. I would leave only one star, but they did clean the car pretty well. Little bit of cleaning residue left here and there, and they didnt wipe out the bottom of the ash try (just gunk no ashes) so they overlooked some details. I will not be back, not at that price, not with that quality of clean. Do not recommend it.

Just picked my Ford Fusion up from Mad Doctor detailing. Mike & Miguel McGhee and their staff did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new, like I drove it off the lot! Nothing was untouched. It shines amazingly & I have never seen my rims so clean and shiny! This place is highly recommended & I will never go anywhere other than the Mad Doctor for my car cleaning & detailing. Worth every penny considering that you spend thousands on a car, so why would you not want exceptional service to keep it looking brand new? Thank you Mad Doctor & staff!

I brought in my Honda Ridgeline truck which had already been scratched by an automatic car wash, and the guys at M.A.D. Doctor made it look new again! They are friendly, fast, competent, and hard-working. Its slightly more expensive, but ABSOLUTELY worth it! Ive been there twice for full inside/outside cleaning, and I bought a gift certificate for my husband, too. After their first class service, Ive sworn off drive-through car washes, and I will absolutely continue to go to M.A.D. Doctor.

We have heard nothing but great things about M.A.D. Doctor since they opened. So we decided to try it out ourselves and we took our 8 year old Toyota in for a full interior detail... The cars interior looks as clean as the day we bought it. It looks brand new. Customer service was top notch, Mike and his son Miguel were a pleasure to deal with. Is this my car?Amazing! The doctor just brought my GX470 back, and it is unbelievable. My truck had not seen a cleaning in a WHILE, and now it looks like it should go back to the showroom. Inside, outside, tires, floor mats, every crevice -- cleaner than I knew was possible, and smelling good again. Just put in a recurring calendar entry to make sure I go back again next year. These guys are the real deal and you can tell they enjoy their work. They made my day.

Took my wifes car in before lease turn in. Interior was trashed from years of kids with stains, juice spills, etc. I cannot believe how awesome it looks now. It looks just as good as the day it came off the lot!! Unbelievable job!! Highly, highly recommend it. Had the outside done too and the paint looks brand new and they were able to get out scratches I didnt think possible!!

The Mad Doctor is more of a magician as he will make that old ride look brand new. My LandRover looked like a disaster after 12 months with out being cleaned and it looked brand new. He has done work for 12 of my coworkers and everyone loved his work. As far as Norms comment below I wouldnt read into it to much as my experience has been nothing but flawless service.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle and completely surpassed my expectations! I had a complete interior detailing done and my car literally looked brand new! Great customer service at the front desk and you can tell the employees are super hard workers!

I have two huskies with a black interior vehicle. So the inside of my car was awful. These guys did a GREAT job getting my car looking like new! I didnt even recognize my car when I saw it. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be taking our cars here in the future.

Called in this afternoon and they got me in the same day. Service was excellent! I deliver pizza so I practically live out of my car... needless to say it was in pretty sad shape. After a full interior detail and a complementary hand wash its like taking my car home again for the first time.

Very dissapointed. Got my car back after a full detail platinum package. It looks same as I dropped it, with just a basic wash. Interior is exactly same as it was when I dropped it with just a basic vacuum, no shampoo for seats or carpets as they promised. Definitely do not recommend.

Booked the whole exterior package detailing and they detailed the inside of my Audi complimentary. Looked great, held up well, and if there were scratches I would have seen them. I liked the pride they took in the final result A+. I had to tip the guys because Im going back.

Mad Doctor seriously made my seven year old car look new again. The inside of the car was spotless and the exterior felt so smooth - like I day I drove it off the lot. Cant wait to go back with my husbands car.
