I swiped for payment and I got no car wash but I was charged. On my second attempted it worked but charged again. I called the number to ask for reimbursement but it always goes straight to voicemail saying something like "if you have questions or problems leave a message and well call you back". I called twice and then I got a phone call from someone over there. Yes, they reimbursed me for the 1 extra payment but I dont want to go through all that when its not even my fault. Ill probably not go there again.
