Ive had the unlimited wash for a month and a half now. its a decent wash, but I often find myself wishing it looked better. With all of the fancy names/sealants and technology, I would like to see my car really shine when Im done with the wash - instead, it just looks clean - which I know is the goal, but I dont see any difference between the base wash and the mid-tier that I currently use. Also, their original spinning towel dry setup looks to have broken, so they added new, fluffier and slower spinning towels - however, these now succeed at folding my passenger side mirror in each and every time . That seems like a small inconvenience, but when you want to just drive away and you have to pull over, get out and put it back - its a time waster and it allows all the soap that gets caught in the mirror to run out all over the side of the car. All-in-all, its a decent wash, and its really nice to be able to have unlimited car washes, but I think Im going to discontinue as I feel like washing multiple times a week takes away from the satisfaction giving it a really good wash on the weekend or a really nice day.

To be fair, as far as a car wash goes, they do a decent job. However, buyer-be-warned, if its busy and theres a lot of volume, and the person in front of you does something stupid like hitting their brakes in the wash, you are stuck with the damage to your car. There is no mechanism to stop the line when that happens. Edit: In response to the owners comment below, my review was directly related to the wash. The public should be aware there is a risk in this type of car wash technology that doesnt exist at others (i.e. LaserWash). While you are being pulled along by the conveyor, you have no control over your vehicle. I agree the carwash wasnt liable in this case, if it were I would fully expect them to pay. The other party drove away so I dont have any information to file a claim, so Im stuck with dented bumper on my 8 month old vehicle.

Bought the package which seemed like a good deal...Everytime I come one time pay customs go in front of me due to the arm not working properly. The owner who runs out to cars in order to get them to buy packagrs, as he did for me.. was standing outside soliciting memberships, I lowered my passenger side window and said excuse me. At which time he threw his hand in the air and yelled at me to not interrupt him when hes talking....I am appalled and utterly disappointed in this type of behavior from a so called business man. But when your president is shoving dignitaries out of the way to be first you realize this is the Trump era and there are a lot of white men out here who are not going to respect women, minorities or anyone else who calls them on their bad behavior! I wont be back.

I dont understand why all the bad reviews. I LOVE this place. Hands down, the best car wash I have ever been to. I have a monthly unlimited package, the lowest one you can get and my car always looks beautifully clean. The service has always been good. Never any problems. As a matter of a fact...I remember once I went there early in the morning, I was in a rush and accidently threw away a shopping bag of some items I had just purchased thinking it was trash. Hours later I realized what I had done, I frantically called them and explained the situation. They dug through all the trash cans until they found it and held on to my stuff until I was able to come by for it and they were pleasant. No attitude. This is a good place.

Came after a long drive from Indiana to visit family. Had alot of smudge from all the insects and all. Thought I would try this carwash. I ve been using the basic car wash for my Benz in Indiana from 2 years, and never ever had a problem. But yesterday this was my first time at this place. After spending 8$, nothing was cleaned, literally nothing. All those insects were still there, on the front bumper and the front shield. Also the buffs are stupidly strong with no results. After we were done, all my side mirrors had moved and all. I am alright with those things if atleast the car was clean. Avoid and find something better.

This place is awesome. I got the middle grade wash with weather guard on a Sunday (by the way, the actual wash itself is pretty cool - drop your car into neutral and it will push you through the wash bay). On my drive home (to Cleveland) my car became overrun with salt spray from the highway again which sucked. After leaving my car in the garage for two days and with the weather warming up, my car looked completely clean again. All the nasty salt grime just fell right away - it was like magic. Definitely coming to this place again - its worth a 35 minute drive!

I have gone to this wash since it open and never had a problem until my last visit. I recently had the outside my 2013 Dodge Charger buffed when I was warm outside recently. I brought my car threw the wash on and got home and realized that there are scratch line all over the my car. For my car being black it shows up a lot. I wish they would take he time to wash out there brushed and cloths after certain about of car. Really pissed will tell friend and family that constantly go there to stop going there. Affordable Monthly Unlimited Plan. Never had a problem with customer service. As far as Im concerned, I never need to talk to anyone.....you drive through the gate, and into the car wash. Its all automated with your window sticker. People should understand that it is your own risk bringing your car to a public car wash. Yes, scratches and other things might happen. If you dont like the risk, find a "laser wash" place that doesnt touch your car. You sign your life and your cars life away when you sign up. Read the fine print!

The unlimited car wash is the way to go. I like my vehicles clean and the location and quick service make it an easy choice. The car wash does exactly as expected. I know there may be people overly complaining about a few soap spots that the dryers cannot reach, but that is expected. The shape of vehicle will determine how well it gets all the remaining soap. I have been through dozens of times and the staff are always doing what is expected and professional. This is an easy inexpensive way to keep your vehicle clean.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Will, the manager, informed me that they will not be replacing my drivers side mirror that was damaged because my car is a 2005 and it is clearly stated that my vehicle was at risk for damage and there was no way to prove my car wasnt damaged before. This is all posted AFTER I PAID. After being told that I was rude and irate, Will, told me if I was this angry, I could file a claim with MY insurance. What a joke!!!! This isnt the end of this battle, thats for sure.
