I received a coupon for a free ultimate wash $24.99 because I moved into the area. The coupon didnt say anything about cleaning the inside but they vacuumed,cleaned the interior windows and my dashboard. As someone who will travel the extra mile to go to a good car wash, This place was better than all the rest. To the person who posted it was exceptional. Apparently you havent been to as many different car washes as I have and across the country I may say. In comparion, it is exceptional. Sure, none of them blow me away with service but consider what the workers get paid. The hot waxes and other treatments to me are just a waste of money, cant see how they do any good at any carwash. What I care about is how much soap and water they use and how well they clean my car. At this car wash, the conveyor runs really slow and does a really good job. I went to other car washes and it was running the car thru so fast you couldnt pay fast enough and your car was done. I had about 7 guys drying and doing my interior and they werent rushing it. I used to goto Kwik but now I will drive a little farther. I do like the express wash at Kwik for a 5.95 car wash which I drive thru myself and nobody dries it just the blowers, which do a good enuff job for a quickie. And at that price I can go often, much better than those gas station car washes that charge about the same price and include the nice spider webbing from the hard nylon looking brushes beating on my paint. Bottom line, try them out, I think you will be very happy and as for myself very impressed. One comment to the owner, Clean those windows in the car was where people watch their cars being done. As a business owner myself, that extra step of having someone paying attention to that regularly gives a much better impression of the overall service. Just do it! You been around a long time, dont get lazy about the business.

I have been coming to this car wash since i bought my first vehicle in 1991. The past several times I have gone, I paid for the Ultimate or the Supreme with the wheel package expecting a really good wash. I have a brand new black Chevy Silverado and today was my last. For $35, my rear window was pretty much un-touched, the front window was not wiped dry, no one bothered to take a look at my folding side mirrors which were still pretty filthy inside/outside, and last but not least, one of the workers slid across my black leather drivers seat, and put a nice scratch/gouge in it. Whatever they use to spray the interior windows was all over my dashboard and inner moldings. It was never wiped dry at all. If I wanted this kind of service, i would just go to the local crappy place. This is not the service that i have been getting for the past 25 years. It seems that this past year the quality and detail that Pearl Brookpark once had is gone..

I have used them several times on my new vehicle. The results were adequate at best. Sure the car is clean but inside door frames left dripping, water still beaded many places on the exterior and hatch back was also dripping. When you pay $23 for a Supreme package it would be nice if they finished the job. Some of the employees are good (there is a woman on the exterior team and she is very conscientious). Oh and before you judge me, I always leave a $5 tip. Just wish I would get consistent service. Think I will try a hand wash service down the street next time.

I visit once a week and these guys do a great job for the money and overall. If it rains the day you wash your car or even the next They give you a free wash. Im pretty particular about my car and usually I have to take it home and finish it myself with other car washes. This place does a great job and Ive never to mess with it when I leave. Check em out

I paid for a full service (inside/outside) and it looks like they did not even touch the inside of my car. did not vacuum at all. Crumbs still everywhere. Cupholder still has stuff in it. Dust everywhere still. It really was like they did nothing to the inside. Wasted my money and very disappointed. They were not even busy at the time I went.

My first time going here and was very disappointed. The seat still had crumbs in it, the center counsole had not been wiped or vaccumed and there was no evidence that they had even tried to scrub the dirt on the threshold in the backseat where my children step on it to get in. I will stick to AlPaul in the future!

Although they do a decent job cleaning the car, I have to agree the employees here are thieves. They stole all my change (about $10 worth) and when I told the manager, he brushed it off like it happens all the time! If you go, make sure you hide ANYTHING that’s of value

It was my first time experience and they did a horrible job. There were still crumbs in the corner and the person vaccuming was very rude. The only thing I was pleased about was them cleaning the inside of my windows. I will definitely NOT come back. Wouldnt recommend.

They leave your car wet, which for a car wash is am absolute no no. It doesnt really get everything on your car clean, esp the front. Mirrors left spotted. This place used to be alot better but I think the owners are starting to not care as much.

i would say that this place worth the price you pay. nothing exceptional, however they are doing pretty good job. i wouldnt recommend this place if you want to sell your car, but for an occasional cleaning, this place is just fine!

GREAT SERVICE BUT BEWARE IF YOU BUY A UNLIMITED CAR WASH PACKAGE I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT IT IS AUTO PAY AND HAD TO CANCEL THE AUTO PAY BUT OTHER WISE A GREAT PLACE !!!!!!!
