Worst experience and my repairs took forever or should I say are still taking forever. I was promised my car at the beginning of November then it was right before Thanksgiving then it was the Monday after Thanksgiving and now its this Wednesday. I havent had my car in over a month and a half and theyre still not done! Whats worse is they dont return your calls and lie about the progress that theyve made. Im beyond frustrated since I dont have my normal vehicle and have been driving a rental since my accident. I also feel they have a lack of knowledge as we were told that they were surprised that my car had an axillary frame and continue to say it was more involved than what they thought and required more research. Now Im scared that Im going to get back repairs that werent complete because they didnt know what they were doing. Once I get my car back, Im taking it to another repair shop to double check that they did everything correctly. Go somewhere else and dont let your insurance company steer you to this place. It seems like they get kickbacks from the insurance company for making you go there.

They committed insurance fraud. Have pics of a car after an accident and a copy of their repair report and things were replaced that didnt need replacing. They knew it was an insurance job so its just a way for them to milk the insurance company. This is why we pay so much for insurance these days, because of fraudulent repair facilities like this.

Tried to pick up car twice. Both times work was poorly performed--exterior body panels misaligned and interior panels dirty/not properly installed. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

the insurance company called me while i was busy and forced this inspection facility on me. thank god i read these reviews before bringing my car here, ill use my personal mechanic
