LJI Collision is the cleanest, most service oriented business I have been to in the Cleveland area. When I dropped off my car to have damage repaired to the rear bumper via State Farm insurance, it was at the last possible moment, I was originally going to take the car to another shop whose "manager" had an attitude which immediately made me change where the work was to be done. So glad that happened because my car couldnt look better. Believe me, I had just returned from a 2500 mile plus trip to the Carolinas, the beach etc. The interior was trashed with sand and Styrofoam pieces from coolers. The outside had bugs stuck to it and had fine scratches from running it through a car was 3 times a week, (definitely going to cancel that subscription so I can keep the car this way). It looks beautiful. This company should absolutely franchise if they have not already, but insure that all their locations have the world - class level of customer service, that most businesses could take a serious lesson from, that is experienced at this location. And for the level of everything,the cost for the repair was only around $700 to replace the bumper and match the paint, perfectly I may add. I recommend if you have a body repair issue, this is where you want to take your vehicle. :-)

They are amazing, the repair is done very nicely, and they are really flexible with your time. Everyone is so nice and the best part is they even clean the inside of your car when the repair is done!

Very nice and understanding! They also have rentals on site which is really convenient. They also got my car fixed earlier than I expected. I will go back if I ever need anything like this again.
