Dropped of my car on a Monday ( I had an appointment ) for a 3 day repair, called on 5th day and was told it would be another 5 days. Spoke with the manager who said he would check on the vehicle and call me back. 5 hours later no phone call so I called back and left massage. This time phone call was returned promptly however I couldnt bear to hear another excuse. Its one thing to have repairs take longer than expect, its another thing to never call your customer and explain that the repairs are going to take another week. Even worse is making excuses and blame three different entities as to why. This may be an isolated incident but with the third consecutive 1-star review, its more like a trend. UPDATE: Took delivery of the my vehicle and when they presented it to us, it look as if someone had broken a dirty water balloon full of sand on my hood (The area that they just painted). Their explanation was from trucks entering the parking lot and creating dust clouds. I quickly pointed out that the vehicles parked on either side of where mine was sitting were dirt free. There was also hardened residue still on the hood and fender that they scrambled to take off. I called the the number left on the bottom of this review, twice, and never received a call back. No business is perfect no can they keep all of their customers happy but I am a firm believer that the recovery from the mistake is what retains that customer. Again a failing grade

I had my Camry repaired here after it was involved in a serious collision back in 2011. They did a superb job with everything. All parts are under a lifetime warranty. Recently, I went in because the driver door was making a popping noise. It ended up that two of the panels were pinching up against each other. They fixed it completely and also painted the area where there was damage from the area the panels were meeting. Great service, they really took care of my car.

I dont like having my time wasted. I spent 20 minutes on hold just waiting to be told I should make an appointment to have the car seen. Both Mandarin Collision and San Jose Collision immediately answered the phones and said "come on in" for a 10-15 minute estimate. Both have far better reviews compared to Toyota corporate which appears to think they can treat you like a number. Not.

Outstanding customer service! Brittany was warm and welcoming, patiently answering all of my questions and going the extra mile to make sure my car was in great hands. John the Body Shop Manager was helpful and accommodating. My car looks even better than before, Im so glad I came to Coggin Collision at the Avenues, they made a stressful situation painless and pleasant!

Excellent. Came in town from Missouri for several days to see relatives and got rear ended by a semi. They were able to do some temporary repairs quickly and efficiently so I could drive my car home to do the complete repairs. Very friendly and considerate staff. Definitely recommending Coggin to all my relatives in town.

The repairs they did were good, but when we picked up the car, there were several spots that they had overlooked that needed correction. The car needed to go back to fix a run in the paint in one of the repaired areas. They took care of everything, but it took several trips. Everyone was very professional.

Great job repairing my truck, but Im not happy with the overspray on my windows. Two times back to have the problem corrected and I can still see it on my windshield. I would not recommend having work done at Coggin.
