My insurance company recommended "Quality". Previously I had terrible experiences selecting body shops, so I went for "Quality". Due to unforeseen complications the job to my 2003 Audi A4 took a bit longer than anticipated. But boy, was it worth the few days wait. The body and mechanical work was excellent. Later, a fender liner fastener came out and a turn signal lamp broke. They didnt hesitate to have me come to the shop, wait a few minutes, and drive off with the repairs (that lasted). Nicole guided me through the process like a true professional that cares. The work was done in 2010.

I had Quality Body Shop work on my 2006 Charger R/T (which I really, really baby) shortly before I transferred to Pittsburgh and I wish they had an office out here! Every person there that I spoke with from the receptionist to the manager, to the owner on down to the guys that actually did the work were friendly, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend this body shop. Superb.

They couldnt fix my issues with the front end of my vehicle but still charged my insurance company. Instead of admitting their failures, they said I wrecked it again and refused to fix the original problem! Ive put over 2000 dollars into my vehicle fixing their screw ups! I wouldnt trust them with a matchbox car!
