If it was not for Dave being able to tow my acadia after a deer strike on a sunday morning in cleves I wold have been waiting for hours. They have above and beyond service and Pam was the one keeping me informed more than the insurance company. After my acadia problem was addressed I was so impressed I brought my impala in to have two dents removed. I was so impressed when I picked my car up I would never have known there was any dents. There pricing is fair and its hard to let anyone touch your cars being a auto technician for over 18 years now but they have made an auto body customer for life I really appreciate them.

Just picked up my car after having extensive front end repairs done. The paint is a perfect match and the car looks brand new again. They took care of coordinating the claim with my insurance company as well as my rental car. The insurance adjuster had clearly left out the cost of some critical replacement parts including the bumper itself which sustained the majority of the damage. The body shop took care of negotiating the additional cost with my carrier. This was an extremely painless process and I would recommend Dave Owens to anyone in search of a quality body shop.

They were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Quick work. They made the whole process very easy. I didnt even have to leave to get my rental car it was brought to me and I could leave it there at the end. The work was great! Cant tell at all that I had any damage. They even fixed a scrape on the front of my car. The car was very clean when I received it back. Will definitely use them again if I ever need more work on my car.

Great service!! They go the extra mile, dealing with the insurance company. They negotiated the extra payment for missed damage in the original estimate. I needed a replacement tail gate, they werent happy with the first gate they received so they sent it back to get a gate in perfect condition. The repair looks great!! They also took care of returning my rental. I would highly recommend Dave Owens in need of a body shop.

Everyone at Dave Owens Auto Body was very friendly, and helpful with the process taking the time to explain what was going on with my car. They did an amazing job on my car it looks better than it did when I bought the car. They are true artists and craftsman! I also appreciate the fact that I didnt have to be without my car for a long time. i have officially found my go to body shop now!

Not only do they have the friendliest staff, but they made dealing with the insurance company a breeze, to top it off had my car back sooner than I expected, they basically replaced and repainted the entire right side of my Mustang, looked better than it did the day I pulled out of the dealership!!!
