I think we can all agree that being in a car accident is never a good thing. When the adjuster came to look at our car, we asked him for a recommendation for a good collision shop as the one we went to a few years ago ripped us off. The adjuster recommended Pro Collision in Cartersville (were from Acworth) and to speak with Ronny Lane and he would take care of us. We followed his advice and called Ronny and got a great vibe from the start so we decided to have our car towed to his shop. His team was very good at communicating with my wife about the progress of everything. Today we went to pick up the car and it looked practically brand new. They did such a great job. We got to meet Ronny, Anthony and Iris in the office when we went to pick up the car and they were super friendly in person too, true to the experience we had over the phone. If you are unfortunate enough to need a collision shop for your car, count yourself fortunate to have a top notch place like Pro Collision to bring your car to. A+++++

In an unfortunate event at the car wash - my vehicle received damage on the right two doors from a malfunctioned soap disppenser thus ending my career in going to an automated car wash. The car wash only used Pro Collision as the source of repair and although I was very reluctant to use another auto body repair person, when I realized who the owner was and remembered his reputability - I was glad he would be the one to repair it. It was perfect when I got it back. Such a great organization - I especially enjoyed the biblical scripture on the walls. AWESOME!

Anthony and his hard working crew does ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL work. I still get compliments on my six year old Kia Sorento that it looks like new thanks to some minor repairs and paint touch-up done at Pro-Collision. Only one problem, if you want the best work in town, EXPECT To WAIT for it. They do great work, inturn they can often be backed up with insurance work. Just dont be in a big rush and you will certainly get a great job done by some very friendly people.
