They should find someone who is a little less argumentive, disrupting, rude, and aggressively condensending on the phones. As a customer, Im sorry to have bothered you. Im sorry I bothered to attempt to drop my car off for repairs. Im sorry you didnt have the information posted anywhere that you dont do any new business or touch any new vehicles on Fridays inside or outside your business or on your website. Im the one paying for it. Why do you need to know if Im getting my money from my own account or from insurance? Do you charge different rates, upcharge/gouge differently, or do different quality of work depending on the source of the money? You will be paid by my hand for any and all work. Im sorry your phone person didnt or couldnt explain that beyond "we just do", and couldnt do it in a tone and way that wasnt dripping with contempt and condescension. Maybe it was a bad day for her, and Im sorry for that too.

I wouldnt say as good from the factory, i noticed my rear bumper still doesnt look straight. I would have said something but my wife picked up the car and didnt notice it. The customer service Im not sure about. Jan was nice and helpful but I other than that I feel like an inconvenience. I ordered some parts 2 weeks ago. I havent heard a word from them. Keep your customers in the loop.

Need to figure out how to move their wrecked cars in the lot... I deliver cars here and was told I need to put a car that doesnt stear or start in parking spaces when my flatbed is way too long to turn in the little lot... Sorry but my job is to deliver not park em... 98% of the collision places I deliver cars to has their own snatch truck to move disabled cars....

This place is awful. Ive given them numerous chances over the years to act professionally and perform solid work and Ive been disappointed every time. Unfortunately, many insurers force you to use them. I will NEVER go again. The receptionist is rude. I was treated so poorly today (after my car was rear ended and towed there) I had to get it towed elsewhere.

Called to see if they would even do work on my car and the woman who answered was completely rude and un helpful. One of the most rude places Ive ever dealt with. Its like they dont want money or business thats fine body shops are a dime a dozen. I understand that most people in Douglasville are rude jerks but this place takes the cake. Good Job! NOT

We were sheduled for an estimate then the staff refused to perform the estimate once we arrived. Staff had the attitude that we were inconveinencing them. Never known a company to turn away paying customers before.
