I purchased a brand new 2015 ram 1500 from Robert Loehr August of 2015. This is my second truck with them. Upon driving the truck for the last several months, I got in it one day and noticed the cab on the left side of the truck was off by a substantial amount. So I took it to the dealership and spoke with Brandon Martin the service advisor I always deal with and he called Preston over at straight line and said he was sending me over there. I get there and meet with Preston about the issue and show him everything that was wrong, he goes in the shop and gets one of his guys to come take a look at my issues with the truck. I dont remember the guys name but he looked at it and even got on the ground to look further, he stated the cab had shifted some how I dont know how though. He goes into the shop and returns with a tape measure and measures the difference and sure enough the cab was off. The guy told Preston what all needed to be done. Preston wrote my estimate and made a appointment to have it dropped off the following week on a Monday. I dropped the truck off Monday and had it Back Thursday. I get there and have a look at the truck. Preston and his team did a phenomenal job fixing my truck. I was very very happy with the work performed on my truck. Never once from the get go did Preston or his team fuss or complain about the fact that is was warranty. I will let Preston fix my truck or any other vehicle from now on as far as body work goes. He does fantastic work and does it right. Once again I am extremely happy with the job that straight line collision did to fix my brand new truck.

Car emergencies are not so bad when you have a great body shop and awesome people like at Straight Line Collision. They take the stress away from you and try to work with you to get you back in your car as soon as possible. They are honest and try to get you the fairest deals. They give you great work and excellent value from a top team along with honesty, integrity and excellence I highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion.. If I have any further problems I know where Im taking my cars to Straight Line Collision! Great, reliable service! :)

I highly recommend if you need your car repaired, you should look no further!!! Their work has got to be the best I have ever seen. Their service and quality is excellent!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. They even make sure your safe. I took my car in for an estimate after my insurance company gave me their estimate. My car was not safe to drive and I was not aware of that until I took it to Straightline. They truly care about their customers! They are amazing!
