Just a year or so ago I got a near-mint condition Cadillac DeVille. It was the cliche "old woman only drove it to church every Sunday" story - only 20k miles on it and garage kept. A year later it had a few tiny dings and scratches but it was my baby! Sadly, it was backed into causing damage to the rear quarter panel and the door. When insurance asked me where Id like to take my car, I started to research everything in the area. Center City looked like a great shop - and they are! The damage to the quarter is nearly unnoticeable - just a small bit of variation in the wheel well and a few tiny pock marks in the paint. The paint color and finish blended very well, and everything looks straight and clean. They even swept and cleaned out the interior better than when I dropped it off! The service was great as well. They called me throughout the process to let me know what was happening and when I could be expecting my car back. They even let me drop the rental off at the shop. When I went to pick the car up I noticed a small paint run - they took care of it before I left and make sure it was right. They were really friendly about the whole thing. Unfortunately, I didnt notice one thing before I left; the door was replaced with a used door. After getting it back in my driveway, I noticed the weather stripping is noticeably more weather-faded than the other doors. Also, the column between the 2 parts of the rear window is also peeling paint, where the other 3 doors look perfect. Im being a bit nit-picky, but the weather stripping should have been swapped between the two doors before installing. It is just a bummer to see a nearly perfect repair everywhere else and a downgrade in another area that wasnt damaged in the collision. There were 2 or 3 people there that mentioned how busy they were because of the big storms that rolled through, so missing a few details can happen. That being said, I would still recommend Center City. Theyre friendly, fast, and courteous. Update - Center city saw my review and made everything right. They actually went above and beyond on the followup, so I cant give them a high enough rating. Great job!

They might be good with the work they perform but their customer service skill is TERRIBLE! I called to get an estimate for my car and they said they make appointments in a 1 hour interval so they could spend more time with customers to go over options. Also they had a "group meeting" that day so they were supposed to be busy. I said okay fine so I scheduled my appointment. I go in for my estimate at my scheduled time and someone comes out with a clipboard. They only spent literally 3 minutes and said they would have to buff my car. I said okay fine lets schedule an appointment for the buff. They said they would call me as soon as the "scheduler" was back from lunch break. I went home and waited about 3-4 hours for their call. No one called me so I decided to call them and ask to schedule my appointment. They said the "scheduler" is on a lunch break and would call me back. I wondered in my mind that how many "lunch breaks" does this guy take? He is always hungry? So I told the guy on the phone okay and we hung up. I get a call back in about half hour to schedule my appointment. We agreed on the next day at 9am. I went the next day to drop my car off and was told that the guy that does the car buffing had food poisoning so he was not able to make it in that day. I was told to schedule another appointment. I told him that I had to make several calls before finding a ride to the shop and another day would not work out. The guy at the counter did not seem to care. I even questioned him why he did not call me to notify me that the buffer had "food poisoning" and he simply said that he lost my number. It seemed like this business was either discriminating or simply did not care since they were running a $99 buff. The other reviews on here might be true if you are Caucasian, but if you are any other race, they will discriminate. I took my car to a reputable shop in west chester and had my problem fixed. I would not recommend this place if you are not Caucasian.

I just got my car repaired here and I am so pleased with the process. Ive only had body work one other time and while that was an okay experience this was really exceptional. I decided to give them a call after reading their reviews. They asked me a few short questions in the initial 5 minute phone call. I emailed them the estimate my insurance company had sent me and got a return call later in the day. That was on a Monday. They scheduled me to drop off on Wednesday and arranged for Enterprise to meet me at the shop with a rental. I walked in, was greeted by name like an old friend (this was my first time waking in) dropped off my keys and was on my way. My car was ready by Friday around noon and I went over to pick it up about 4pm. The cost was a little more than the estimate but I didnt have to worry about dealing with any of that, they had already talked to my insurance company and got the extra covered. When I went to get my car I walked in and they handed me my keys, I paid my deductible and handed them the check from my insurance and was on my way. They arranged for my rental car pick up so I didnt have to do anything. My car looks GREAT and they washed it and vacuumed the crap out of it! It basically didnt even feel like I was getting my car worked on because I had 0 inconvenience. I would also add that the office is really clean and nice and it doesnt feel like you are in a body shop at all. Its pretty and it smells like office not car fixing stuff. I would absolutely recommend you take your car here if you need body work.

I scraped my car on the side of the carport while backing out n rush - my fault so not covered by insurance, and a 10 year old car so not worth the investment of an expensive repair. However, its a very pretty car (yellow Audi TT) & often gets compliments from complete strangers & I was very upset about the damage. I took it for a quote to a Cincinnati repair shop that had been previously recommended to me & they gave me a high quote (plus the cost of car hire) & they bombarded me with 6 e-mails over the next 24 hours asking me when I was bringing it in. I took it to another repair shop who gave me an even higher quote (plus the cost of car hire). My husband then suggested City Center Collision who had previously given him a quote, so I went there as a last resort. They were amazingly helpful & immediately pulled my car into the shop & cleaned off the paint to get a closer look at the damage. They gave me a much more reasonable quote & I arranged to bring it in the following week. When I brought it in they drove me home (no car hire costs!) & phoned me right afterwards to say that the damage was less than originally anticipated.& that it would be much cheaper to repair. They also offered to detail, wash & wax it as part of the total repair price. It looks like a brand new car & Im almost glad I damaged it because otherwise it would never have looked this good!
