Brought my 2011 f.150 in for a service and to fix a problem within the window switch, mechanics took 3 days to fix the window and claimed it was done. Window continued to improperly function. I took the truck back in for a service and to get an airbag warning fixed several months later and it took them over 2 days to finish the truck. Service department is very poor, I do NOT suggest getting a vehicle services at Dave Knapp Ford.
