From start to finish CARSTARS performance was over-the-top! They really have a great team of highly qualified and highly knowledgeable professionals. I am very happy to have been referred to this location by the owner Mr. Rains and his daughter Zoe. James was my main contact throughout the service on my Mitsubishi eclipse. I took it in to have the rear bumper replaced and repainted and the work just amazes me! My car looks so great right now I am so happy. When I went to pick my car up they had detailed the inside and outside of my car even went as far as cleaning my headlights which I havent cleaned in years and they look brand-new. I had a huge scratch down the passenger side of my car or so I thought. It had been there for a little over a year and not sure how it got there. So before I left I asked James if he could take a look at it to see how much it would take to repair that. Without hesitation he came out to look at it. Upon the inspection he was able to tell me that it was just a paint on paint contact from another vehicle. He asked if I had an extra 10 minutes to spare and he would go ahead and try and buff the white paint off for me, so of course I said yes. 10 minutes later what I thought was the scratch but only to be paint from another car was completely gone from the passenger side. I went back to work after I had picked up my car and I was telling everybody about how great my service was! Thank you very much Mr. Rains, Zoe, James and the rest of the CARSTAR team that had worked on my car. Great job! I will definitely take my car back there any day for any future body repairs.

The worst paint job I have ever experienced or seen!! Before they work on your vehicle they will tell you about how they have a satisfaction guaranteed but please know that it is not your satisfaction that is guaranteed. I was told that as long as the work is "pretty good" that they consider it acceptable. They do not stand by their work at all!!! When dropping off my vehicle I was promised that I would receive a call before they started working on it. Never received the call and after leaving messages when I finally get a call back they had already started the work and told me there was nothing I could do at that point. I was told it would take 1 day for the repair but instead it took 4 days. When I went to pick it up there were bubbles in the paint, it was rough to the touch, there was a chip out of the paint under the tail light and a very large amount of dirt under the paint through out the entire bumper. I told them that I felt it was unacceptable and they agreed to buff it. The buffing helped but still did not fix the chip or dirt under the paint and now you could see a large amount of orange peel in the paint. I had to get my insurance company involved who agreed the work was completely unacceptable after looking at it. Again they tried buffing it , this time putting a dent in the bumper. After meeting with the owner he offered to repaint it but guaranteed it would probably look worse and that the color definitely wouldnt match. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. The workers, managers and owner are rude and unprofessional.

I had a fantastic experience working with Precision Frame and Body. My car was recently rear ended, and they took care of essentially everything. They worked with both the rental and insurance companies for me so that I didnt have to, and they were very transparent throughout the process, keeping me updated on where they were with my car, as well as hearing out and answering any questions I may have had. They went the extra mile as well, cleaning the outside and detailing the inside when I came by to pick it up. They even fixed up my license plate and the frame I had for it. They were very thorough during their repairs, ensuring everything that was damaged was fixed, including mechanical components that would otherwise be unnoticed. I would absolutely recommend them again, to anyone, for any body shop needs.

In the past few years whenever we have been unfortunate enough to need body work on our vehicles we have been fortunate to have Precision to work on them. They have been prompt with the estimates and always met the dates they gave us to have the work completed. Body lines and paint colors have matched perfectly. I wish I could report on how their follow up work was but to date we have never hat to take a vehicle back in. If and when needed I will continue to use Precision for any body damage and would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter totaled her 2008 Altima Coupe and we found ourselves not covered by insurance. These guys do excellent work, are honest, and will tell you the absolute truth about the decisions you make in rebuilding your car. Roger and Chris are professionals and you cant find a better place to have your car worked on. It wont be cheap, it will be right (and they wont tack on a bunch of cost that is not necessary either). This is the only body shop in Cinti for us.

I took my 13 year old car to Precision for peeling paint on my front bumper and the finished product looks great! The paint is flawless and matches the rest of my car perfectly.The staff gave me different options before the repair so I could choose what worked best for me and my budget. The car looks as good as the day I bought it new and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the repair when I went to pick it up.
