I will never use this business again and if youre smart you will take your car elsewhere. For starters let me say Nhan has had my car for 6 months yes I said 6 months and its still not fixed. I took my car to Kelly BMW to have a diagnostic check to find out what was wrong with my car. After finding out and deciding what was most important to me to have fixed at this present time. The three specific things that I wanted fix were the smoking from the back which I was told was the valve steam. Second, there was a jerk sometimes when I stepped on the gas (transmission work). Third, the check engine light was on and I wanted it off which BMW told me that something needed to be cleaned out (forgot the exact name) nothing major. Now BMW wanted 8,000 to fix those things which were more than I had left on my warranty so I decided to shop around. After going to Hudson Import and telling Nhan what I wanted to fix and showing him the papers from BMW he agreed to fix the three things for the money that was left on my warranty which was approximately 4,000. We decided to allow him to do the work. Once we go to drop the car off Nhan immediately start asking if we wanted to get a new engine (used) I repeatedly stated no because I loved the way the car ran I just wanted those three things fixed. After having my car for about a month I was informed that Nhan was waiting on a camshaft to come in which has nothing to do with my initial request of work to be done (engine work). Nhan took it upon himself to order camshafts because my car was "leaking and burning oil" which took about two months to come in. Side note: If I take my car to JIFFY to get an oil change and they see I need a new transmission theyre not going to take it upon their self to order me a transmission theyre going to inform me of this and wait for me to give the OK. Once in Nhan injured his hand and was not able to work on my car for another month and no one else working in this shop that specializes in working on Imported cars is equipped to work on my imported car. I had to wait until he got all better. Once better it still took 3 more months for him to tell me my car was ready. I go pick up my car and lo and behold there is a new light on one I never saw before with a message telling me my steering sensor is off and to take my car in to be serviced. I was assured by Nhan that the part was on its way and when it came in he would have me bring my car in so he can fix it. After driving my car for three days I noticed oil on the ground under my car, smelled oil burning, and saw smoke coming from my hood and not to mention the car still jerks when I pull off. I took the car back to Nhan and guess what was leaking oil yep thats right the camshaft. As he claims to be fixing the problem I repeatedly ask about the steering sensor (has it came in, when will this be fixed) to no avail (we have been texting all this time so I have the messages to prove all this). My boyfriend go to check on the car and came to find out the steering sensor has never been ordered. Nhan is waiting for one of his friends (that I assume owns a shop) to get a junk BMW in same as mine so that he can take the part off of it. Who knows how long that would have taken and he would have just strung me along. My boyfriend was understandably upset and words were said. Do you know Nhan had the audacity to tell him if he comes to his shop again he will shoot him? We called the police and made a report. The police said believe it or not this is not our first time here for similar things and suggested we sue and press charges and that he believes something needs to be done about the way he treats his customers.

Hudson Import Auto Svcs is hands down the MOST REPUTABLE auto repair business I have EVER encountered! Nahm is the owner and the hardest worker ... I swear hes my guardian angel AND the HEART and SOUL of his business! He doesnt just service imports- he knows about and works on ALL makes and model cars! The integrity, the kindness, the patience, the respect, the knowledge - not to mention, his reasonable prices and complete passion he has for the work that is done there; makes him the BEST of the BEST! There are not enough Whoo-hoos to express the lovely person he is inside and out. He has the most dedicated hard working mechanics and Nahm has NEVER failed me! I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I couldnt resist giving him kudos for his awesome work and character. I wont take my car anywhere else cause I found someone I can trust and I happen to like it done right the first time :) I hadnt been there for about a year but when I called him last week with an urgent situation I was experiencing with my new used car (Toyota Avalon). He not only remembered me/my voice over the phone- he took me in based on the symptoms my car was having (even tho it was one of his busiest days) cause he felt it wasnt safe to drive! His priority are his customers! My car was running horribly but he squeezed me in while I waited that same day and ... now my car runs like BRAND NEW!!! When I first got there, he test drove the car and knew IMMEDIATELY what was wrong. He also test drove the car himself AFTER the repairs, to be sure the symptoms were no longer an issue. He is BEYOND BELIEF- and I can always count on him. This respectable man is a rare find - a nice family man who treats his customers like one of his own family! His place is clean and comfy as I watched TV. All I gotta say is GOD BLESS HIM and thank you, Nahm, for always being there!

Truly and HONEST mechanic. My car has been giving electrical issues for years and it seemed to have finally killed my car. (Me anticipating some additional expenses this year and having just returned from vacation i was weary about the additional expense of buying or leasing a new car and decided since thats basically the only problem i ever had with the car it might be more cheaper in the long run just to get it fixed. My car was at 2 other mechanics before I took it to Hudson imports . And the owner was the first mechanic who was able to even get it started. He worked on it for what seemed like months (as the problem was intermittent) and kept me informed through the whole process. At the end I still ended up leasing a car (per his advice the car would be more expensive just to repair than its worth ) and he offered me a FULL refund. He is professional, capable and in my opinion a very Honest mechanic to say the least and this post is the very least I could do to show my gratitude. Though now leasing my mechanical issues are unlikely and generally covered I would return if/when I owned a car and would recommend Hudson motors to friends and family
