JASON is the BEST sales person Ive ever dealt with in a mechanic shop. He had a VERY positive attitude. Just WILLING to help. Not trying to shoo customers away. Even other Firestone sales reps were either formal or careless, but Jason really stands out. Make sure you deal with Jason! All Firestone sales / members need to be trained like Jason. I called bunch of Firestone for a issue and just from his phone conversation, I drove 15+ miles to come here and Im glad I did. There were at least 5 Firestone that were closer to me. Jason went the EXTRA mile to fix my brake / noise issue. I went to another Firestone just a month ago and they just said everything is fine. Jason took out the pads and showed me whats going on and even made an attempt to fix it with some sprays. How awesome is that!! This is the best Firestone simply because of Jason. Other Firestones Ive been to (and Ive been to MANY), I never got this level of care or friendliness. Thanks a lot Jason! You should be training Sales people nationwide!!!

I was sent over here from the company I bought my van from to fix a leak in the air conditioner. after an hour of sitting I was told all charged and done. so confused I asked how did they fix it and charge it so fast. he said oh no we dont fix it the first time you have to come back a second time. I exclaimed no way I came here for you to use the light on the die already in the system to find the leak and fix the leak not just put in frion to leak out for me to come back in two days! they even tried to say they wanted to rip out the lines when it has new lines. I called my company and said these people dont know what they are doing and they all are very rude and insisted they would not fix the leak like they were supposed to, send me somewhere that doesnt have clowns for mechanics. they thought since a company was paying they could get as much money as they could out of it, or maybe since I am female they thought I would put up with it well I wont. nobody go here if you want decent work done and respectful service

This place seems hit or miss. I try not to trust them with much more than oil changes or warranty work that I bought from another firestone. I only use them because there close and I have a firestone card. They cant seem to complete everything they say theyd do each time. My RAV will be going back in for them to fix the brakes again under warranty because the first caliper they put is was supposedly bad, but its doing the same thing again, so I doubt there were two bad calipers, but well see. Also, and this is pet peeve, one of the employees likes to park in the no parking fire lane near the customer door.

They dont charge much for labor, which is nice. However they charge 10x the average price for repair parts. literally. I scheduled an appointment and asked them if they would be able to install parts if I bought them somewhere else. They confirmed the appointment so I ordered the parts for 35$. Then they waited until I got my car all the way down there to tell me I have to buy their parts at 360$. I had no choice but to pay it, even with the exact same parts sitting in my front seat. I havent felt that ripped off in a long time.

Took my car in for a new battery after it died on me. Friendly service but the job was clearly not done correctly. My car wouldnt start a few weeks later and I missed work. I had my brother look at the battery and it was never even tightened up. We had to use a socket wrench and tighten it ourselves. Other than charging me for an instillation fee and not installing it properly and costing me a days wage my car runs fine now. I wouldnt even trust this place with an oil change if they cannot install a battery.

Paid for the lifetime alignment service car came out of alignment in less then 300 miles, asked to make sure everything was tight it was not tight when I got it back two days later apparently they cant throw a wrench on it to make sure Im safe to drive it. Absolutely the worst service ever. MANAGER Brandon did Didley squat for me.

My truck had an intermittent problem , and the first time I got it towed there they checked it out and it was not doing what it did at home (not starting). The second time they found the problem they found the cause and only charged me for the bad part whics was less than $50.00. I highly recomend them for everything.

The manager Jason was very helpful. Went to the warehouse a pick up a tire for my car, Even!! Scheduled the appointment, didnt have to wait long... they got it in and put the new tire on and even put the doughnut tire away... Thank you for the great service!!

Great service, but the mechanics wrote notes on my sheet and never mentioned them to me - one of those notes discussing an "easily repaired nail in tire" which was in a tire under warranty from another tire shop. I found this note 2 weeks later.

Maybe u guys should change your hours on your website. You were closed on sunday when clearly it says you are opened until 5pm. Never will i do business with you. I made an unessasary trip out of my way.

Had work done on both my 99 chevy malibu and my 04 pontiac grand prix GT. Gets the job done right the first time. Scheduling sometimes doesnt go as planned but jobs are finished in a timely manner.
