Started out with a “noise” my daughter heard. Thought it might be brakes. Of course brakes “needed”… replaced ($992.00)….Dave says PLUS some bearing on the front are needing fixed. OK! So take it back and repair/replace front wheel bearing assembly. They call and want to diagnose something else and tell me ABS module needs replaced. “Hold off on that for now” ($540.00) OK, all good right?...NOOOO! We take it back and Frasier rides with us to help diagnose noise. 30 seconds into it he’s got it figured out. Back right wheel is bent. “Are you sure it isn’t the axle?” “No it’s the wheel! Fast forward I buy new wheels on ebay and take them over to change them out. Get a call. It’s a bent axle! “Can you give me a break on the cost?” $100.00 off, about the cost of changing out tires/wheels. Thanks for nothing. Lost a customer today fellas.

Very friendly and helpful service shop. They did a flawless job mounting and balancing new low profile tires on my aftermarket seasonal wheels that require a more complex reverse mount process (it is my understanding from car dealer who would not attempt the job that few shops can do this correctly and without damaging wheels). The design is such that if one rushes, wheels will be noticeably damaged. Not only was Grismer capable and performed the job to perfection, but their pricing is very fair and they seem genuinely interested in helping and providing good value. Will not hesitate to call upon them in the future for any car need.

I highly recommend this store. I recently had a flat tire and needed to have a new tire put on. They had to order the tire which they said would be in that day. When it did not arrive, Matt went and pick it up and had it there 2 hours later. These guys are friendly and helpful and made my unpleasant experience tolerable. I will definitely call them first when my car needs servicing.

Good honest people who give you any discounts without you needing to ask. Finding service shops you can trust isnt easy so give them a try and you can stop searching.

So far I have been to Grismer twice. Both times I have spoke to a nice staff member and received good service. I always get an oil change and they rotate the tires for free. Love that. Keep up the good work
