Lakeside Auto Care is a rare find. They have been in business for a long time and have a loyal following because they treat their customers the way it should be. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. They walked me through my first car purchase with patience and professionalism. They stand behind their cars and only sell what they would sell to a family member. I have been back for tires...that were less expensive than at COSTCO or BELLE TIRE. They did them while I waited and have been thrilled with their service. I even had an issue with my hood that any other dealership or auto repair would have charged for but they fixed it for free. I cant say enough about Lakeside Auto Care, professional, incredible customer service, honest pricing and treated me like family!

My husband Mike and I have been taking our cars to Lakeside Auto Care ever since I was smart enough to listen to Mikes brother Bob who first told us about this gold mine! We completely trust Terry and Jay with all of our cars. They diagnose the problem and explain exactly what needs to be done, including the how and why of it!. Just this week- they serviced our 2007 Pontiac Vibe that turned over 109,000 miles and it is running Great! Terry and Jay said they will keep it going for another 100,000 miles and I believe them and will give them the chance to try!!. Lakeside Auto Care stands behind their work and are always very professional and courteous. We recommend them to everyone else who is smart enough to listen.

save money and great A service @ lakeside auto.... before i came in to lakeside auto i stoped in at the lexus dealer for an inspection and quot on a squeak from my breaks, lexus said it would cost $1,000 dollars to fix my breaks. so then i stoped in at bell tire and they gave me a quot for around $800 dollars. my last destination lakeside auto all i can say "amazing" greatest service ive ever experienced, they fixed my breaks for under $100 dollars.would like to say thanks to the team at lakeside auto. always will recommend your service..

These guys were very cordial, professional, prompt and took the time to bring me into the shop to show me the alignment readings and explain which components needed replacement prior to aligning the vehicle. Other places, from personal experience, would simply " . . . set the toe and let it go", leaving the customer (me) to drive away with an incorrectly/incompletely aligned vehicle, premature wear and deterioration of my new tires. Lakeside Auto has my complete trust.

After being turned away for a scheduled appointment with tuffy in Clinton twp on 15 mile and grosbeck, Louie the manager of lakeside auto was polite and extremely helpful. It was a nice change of pace from being so mistreated by Mike from Tuffy. Louie made sure I was aware of the work needed and also took time out of his busy morning to show me examples of other areas that might be of concern. I couldnt have been happy with their service or staff.

They lied to me and told me they fixed my car and then when I was still having the same issues after they charged me $300 they told me that I could not get a refund and on top of that they lied to me about other things needing to be fixed on my car that I had already gotten Fixed. They cheated me out of money and they lied to get more money for things that dont even need to be fixed

(Howard) your waterpump pulley was falling off, causing your belt to come off ,as we explained to you, BEFORE any repairs were performed. You then approved the job. We do not do any repairs unless authorized to do so. You can expect that with a vehicle with 245,000 miles on it. And the repair was 250.00 not 300.00 Thank You

We had a problem with our AC, on our 90 dodge spirit. We pulled in there today thinking we needed freon. They came out and looked at the car, and all it was, was a small plastic line. He fixed it, would not take any money. I would recommend them for your car service. Very polite, willing to help, and honest. Well be back.

Terry and the rest of the crew continue to impress me in many ways. They dont look for ways to charge you more and in fact, on a couple of occasions have fixed issues with a n in expensive or free solution. All the work I have had them do over the last six years has been expertly done and never has required any follow up.

Bottom Line is they make repairs you dont need to get more money out of your wallet. Went in to get a belt changed,$60, they replaced my water pump $300. Claimed they couldnt replace the belt without the pump. Get a second opinion and price before agreeing to the work.

first experience with them, just moved to the area. Manager was extremely helpful with the work on my car. Seemed honest and I will definitely be back. Even stayed a few minutes on a Saturday afternoon when I was running late to let me pick up my car!

Everyone here was extremely helpful! They towed my car straight from Meijer (so thank you Lonestar Towing) and got my car repaired immediately! I wish every auto repair shop was like this! No hassle, no muss no fuss, in and out as quick as possible :-)
