We have been customers at this location for several years and have always been happy with the service. We have 3 vehicles that weve had serviced here. Today your store manager, Chelsie, lost our business due to poor customer service. Customer service includes servicing of vehicles, invoicing process, COMMUNICATION and RELATIONSHIP. Our business was lost to 2 days of poor/no communication and lack of building customer relationship. These are the things that didnt work: 1) no communcation that the car could not be serviced yesterday even though I called to see when they could get me in - her response, "how quickly can you bring it in" 2) I was told when I dropped the car off in the morning that shed call later - she never called. She had numbers for both my husband & me. I thought she had called him; he thought she was working with me. 3) When we called this morning they said our car was the next one theyd service. Over 4 hours later we called again...and the car wasnt done. 4) We went in to get the car After nearly 2 full days of the car in their possession and the primary service was not done. 5) I was without a car for 2 days, not being able to take care of typical things and then having to borrow my sons car once he got home. Huge inconvenience that could have been avoided if she had just told me they couldnt service me until today or Monday. 6) Due to not getting the car finished they waived fees, which was nice, but Chelsies attitude was not apologetic. 7) Then to add insult to injury, once invoicing was completed my car was waiting for me on the back lot (in the rain). Upon request it was pulled around for me, but that service should have been a no brainer. They should always pull the cars around for the customers, and especially if the customer is talking to them about poor service. The whole process upset my husband, and by the time I was done speaking with Chelsie I was appalled with how trite she was too me. This store has always been very busy, but if this is the customer service from now forward, well good-luck. I expect that many of your customers will be going to the other 4 (new) tire and service centers that are within 3/4 of a mile of your location.

I had two tires replaced on my older car and an oil change at this location. The service and sales people were friendly and straightforward through the whole process and my experience while at the shop was great. It was not till later I realized they filled it with the wrong oil weight, my oil dipstick funnel was sheared off (it was fine before I brought it in), and they replaced the wrong set of tires. I called and was assured the oil weight was what they had listed in the system and the broken part was a common problem with my vehicle. The issue I have is they did not offer to correct the problem, only to "look" at the car and go from there. No apology for the broken parts, or incorrect service. I decided not to go back and make a problem worse.

Just called in to check on the price to plug a tire, $38 for everything! For a $25 used tire, thats ridiculous. The Goodyear on Sawmill closer to 270 is $12 for most tires, $24 for larger ones. Ive also called in to check on break pads, new rotors, and rebuilt calipers a few months back, and this location was the highest as well. I definitely do not recommend this location.

Service was good, prices are high but what do u expect from a highly commercialized shop. What happened to the old mom and pop car places that didnt cost an arm and a leg? The auto repair business has become dominated by mega chains and I hate it.

Got tires installed here in the spring, then got a drill bit in the left rear last night... Dropped it off this morning and they had me back on the road within an hour. No charge too. Finally a positive car repair experience.

Fast and fair. They didnt try to upsale when they could have. I had a nail in my tire and I was debating getting a new tire and they talked me out of it. They are honest and fair.

Just had an oil & filter change. Very good price, but even though I made an appointment (and business was slow) it took an hour. Ill likely try them again.

I was told that that I was able to have my front brakes done. I waited for 5 hours only to be told 1 hour before closing that they did not have time.
