We got our 6-year-olds hair done at this place today and had an absolutely awful experience. The stylist was rude and impatient, both towards me and our child. We were late by about 5-7 minutes and instead of telling us that they would not be able to provide the entire service in the remainder of the time, she took my daughter in and starting trimming her hair. Her tone towards my daughter was abrasive and she rushed through the whole appointment. At the end, she refused to blow dry her hair out and said her next appointment was already there. I dont believe I have anyone display such obnoxious and rude behavior towards a customer, let alone a child. I will also be taking this complaint to the BBB and making sure that they dont repeat this with another customer. If you cant be polite and patient with kids, please dont work at a place that caters exclusively to little kids. Salons are running behind all the time and if you are charging for the full service, you better provide the full service. In full disclosure, at the end, they did try to offer a discount and have someone blow her hair out, but after this terrible experience, I did not want to spend another minute there. I am absolutely never going back to this place.

I just want to inform your customers to be very careful when purchasing gift cards. I purchased a $30 gift card last May and when my granddaughter used it, she was told there was nothing on the card. I am so mad. I have purchased many gift cards from the Columbus store but I will never purchase another one. I am so mad and I live in Port Clinton, Ohio and my grandaughter lives in Sunbury and my husband and I made a special trip there so this card could be a gift for her instead of flowers for her dance recital as I wanted it special. Well believe me I should have stuck with flowers, at least then she would have had something. I now know to never ever purchase a gift card again as I lost the receipt and she has nothing. I thought it was kind of strange when I bought it as the clerk just handed me the card and I replied, dont you put them in a gift bag with tissue paper like you always did before. Her reply was oh you want it in a gift bag. I never had to ask before. I just want to tell customers be very careful when purchasing gift cards from this store. I do not want people to go through what I did.

I liked it and so did the kids. We had a "smaller package" a mini make over for around $25 per child. It included a hair up do. Glitter hair spray and just polish and a sucker. It was nice and the staff made it fun. I was a bit concerned about the makeup and brushes they used being unsanitary. It appered the hair brushes were kept in a bin where they were used on each girl. It made me a bit uncomfortable. Other then that it was fun just make sure we are cleaning our make up pallets(spray with alcohol, as they use disposable applicators) and hair brushes between each customer!:)

I expected A LOT more for the prices they have. Burnt out light bulbs, lights that dont match, holes in the walls, ratty director chairs that havent been cleaned in months, dresses for the girls to wear that look like they came from Goodwill, floors are filthy. I can keep going on if need be. Normally would be so blunt but for a $400 birthday party that last and hour and fifteen minutes not to mention they cram you in a little 4x6 jail cell that the kids barely fit in to. Most people will do this once and wont be back. Dont expect them to be around long.

I expected a lot more for the price I paid. Me or my girls did not receive a true mani pedi. They basically soaked our feet and polished our nails. There was no type of nail maintenance performed. I had to ask the tech to cut the hang nails on my fingers. And to make matters worse, the polished chipped off after one day. Beyond disappointed. I left feeling gypped and unsatisfied, which is probably the worst feeling you could leave a paying customer with. And lastly, the place felt and looked dirty and dingy. I definitely will not be back.

I have been taking my girls to Sweet and Sassy for years! They love this place! Jenny does a great job cutting their hair and always goes the extra mile when styling. Ive had two birthday parties here and its so nice to have EVERYTHING taken care of for me! The girls had a blast blaring the music in the pink limo! Whats not to love? Thank you!!

The staff is great! They really cater to kids and pay attn to the parents. Ive been there multiple times both guest and host. "Tip: you must be promt" Party planning is a breeze and they take care of the little things so youre not exhausted. Theyve even gone out of their way taking us in btw appointments. Columbus mom...

I recently had a party at Sweet and Sassy, they were very accommodating. The staff helped us carry in gifts, cake and then helped us set it all up! The kids absolutely had a blast and left with updos ALL kinds of different color nail polish and makeup! So fun, i will definitely be back.

I brought my niece to Sweet and Sassy for her 5th birthday and had a great time! The stylist Jenny made it a wonderful experience and interacted with my niece the entire time. I would highly recommend Sweet and Sassy to anyone!! Ill definitely be coming back soon!

Worst experience ever. They were so unkind to us, we left ten minutes into the appointment :( That doesnt mean we all have to have a bad day, because you are. The ones with the biggest smiles on their faces are also fighting the biggest battles. God bless you!!!:)

This is the only place I can get my autistic daughter to have her haircut. No matter who I get they have always been very understanding with her. My other two daughters will be having a birthday party there soon! Everyone is really excited for the pink limo!!!!
