Ive had my hair done her a few times. Today against my better judgement I went back. I was needing my hair straightened up after a bad cut a few weeks ago. I explained how I wear my hair and made sure she understood that I still wanted to be able to wear it the same way. She assured me that Id still be able to we agreed to a trim up and a couple long layers. All went fine (or so I thought) until she asked if I wanted my bangs trimmed up. I agreed. Next thing I know she grabbed a big section from the front of my hair and cut. So fine whatever. Next we move on to blow drying. Without asking me how Id like it done she just starts drying it with big curls in and out at the bottom. When she was done I hated it but was to upset to say anything. After I got home and washed my hair is when I noticed the just how awful it is. My hair comes to my shoulders and is supposed to have long layers. I have layers that end at my ears! They are not blended at all. I cant even wear my hair how I like to(pulled half back with a clip). So what do I do with it? I leave for vacation in two days.. and my hair looks like my 4 year old cut it....

Ive been to this location a few times, at first I bounced around from stylist to stylist, then to the alleged manager or whatever, Domenica. The first time or 2 were fine, but then its like she stopped listening to what I wanted altogether and did whatever, including thinning my extremely thick and (at the time) healthy hair, despite insisting that it would look and feel terrible in the long run, putting me under a dryer for 30 minutes while she worked on walk in customers, and burning the heck out my scalp while diffusing/drying my hair. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Me and my sister both had our cut and color done by Nikki! She is amazing! I get compliments all the time on my hair. Usually we are very particular about our hair, but we walked away excited about the service and the quality that we received. Seems like maybe they have turn things around. I know Ive been there four times over the last six months and have nothing but the upmost respect and good things to say ........at least for stylist Elisha Nikki Traugott.

I have been going to Lindsey for several months now and am always happy with her work. I usually tell her to do what she wants. Personally Im always a little amazed at how the person answers the phone. She is very sweet and attentive. Ive read some of the negative reviews... maybe Im lucky or maybe they have changed but I just called to make appt. and they were very nice and accommodating.

Hated the way this girl did my hair she had a boy name cant remember her name not worth remembering. Told me to grab a cape as I have a big neck. Never have been told that by a salon...full of crap. Bad attitudes and dont seem to care about customers just themselves. Will never go there again. Wish they would close down.

Absolutely the best customer service. Kim was packed up and ready to leave and stayed after to help me correct my color. Turned out beautiful and she was awesome at explaining what she was doing and why. Also saw some of the haircuts the other girls were giving, and they looked great . Cant wait to go back.

Looked up Regis today to remove a review that I had written before when I was dissatisfied with their service: it seems that their reviews from the past have been removed. Typical uneven performance from a "mall quality" salon: nothing special, not the best or the worst. Needs improvement.

I just got my hair done by Abigal, and I love it! She was ready right when I arrived, she was very sweet and listened to what I wanted! She recreated the edgy look I asked for perfectly. So happy to finally find a hairstylist that will listen and is creative!!

The worst pace to get your haircut they rather treat you like garbage and ignore you as soon as you walk in the door. I spent a lot of time and money there and will never be back save your money and time your are better off having a 5 year old cut your hair.

~Razored the hell out of my hair.. not what I was looking for at all .. when I said I wanted "Texture" ..Really not happy . --Yeah ..you go to a "Salon" hoping you feel great about your new haircut.. The girl "N" sucks .. shop around for a decent salon .

Had a 430 appointment got there at 420 and sat there till 520 waiting my turn as the 3 people working 1 was doing a customer hair the other 2 was doing their friends hair walked out 525 after waiting a hour past my appointment never will return

Just called to ask a question and smh the attitude the girl was giving me was highly uncalled for not to mention her sarcastic responses to my questions. Wont even waste my time Ill give them 2 stars since they at least answered the phone
