So my hair isnt even... I asked for layers and the stylist strongly recommended I go without layers. She said my hair was too fine and thin to have layers cut even though Ive had them done my whole life. The shampoo was not relaxing... and I was told my vitamins are junk because I bought them at a drug store. In all fairness my hair looked ok when I left but it was a little flat (which is why I get layers cut in). The whole experience lasted 20 min and I was charged $35. When I got home I found that my hair isnt even in the back. Needless to say Im frustrated... I was offered extensions though for$550 so that I could boost my confidence

I went to the salon for a haircut - which is advertised as $15.00 for a womens cut. She told me that it would cost me $40.00 because of the bad quality of my hair. Ok, I agreed to this ridiculous price but then she went on to bargain with me to get my hair colored. That is not the bad part, the hair dresser was rude and made very nasty comments regarding the quality of my hair. It was hurtful and unnecessary as you should feel better after leaving a salon not worse. I would never go to that hair salon again. The man who greeted me was very nice and kind.

After an extremely disappointing first visit, I called the following morning and spoke with the owner. They were very disappointed to hear about how unhappy I was and quickly resolved the situation. I went in first thing the following morning to see a different stylist, who did an amazing job. I will certainly be back to see Farrah in the future.

Ivan gets my hair just right every time, and hes fun to get along with during my visit, just like the rest of the friendly staff, but Id have to admit, hes the only one there that Ive gotten an entirely satisfactory haircut from. Ive never made an appointment there once, they really DO welcome walk-ins.

Love this salon and the ladies there! Farah is very talented and has brought my hair back to life numerous times. If you your hair needs some love or u just want a change this is the place to go! Ask for Farrah, you will not be disappointed!
