First time here and no one greeted me, as well as the lady who made my appointment 2 weeks ago never booked it. So, I wasted my time coming here. The manager gave me a gift certificate, but I wanted to tear it up in the receptionist face when she threw it at me. She also didnt even think to schedule an appointment for me with that certificate. She didnt care how upset I was or the fact that they inconvenienced me by not having my appointment. I felt out of place, probably because there werent any African American clients there (I went for nails), so everyone including the staff stared me down as soon as I came into the door like theyd just seen an alien. I wont ever go back here, never ever. Id suggest no one else does either especially looking like me. Oh and there was a hair dresser who came up to the desk picking her teeth FYI. This place was a hot mess. lol yal missed out on GOOD money, believe me.

Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this salon after my experience with my manicure. The lady doing my nails which I will not name was nice but when I pointed out all the bubbles on my nails she said she did not notice it and only decided to fixed one. I did not have time to stay and fix them and when I called back the next day since I could not stand how horrible they looked the lady on the phone was not apologetic at all. I understand it is not her problem but I wish she would have helped me more. She told me I could not come in today but needed to call back and schedule an appointment with the lady that did my nails and not anyone else since I wanted a different person. I understand people make mistakes but the way they tried to fix the issue showed a lack of good customer service from both the lady answering the phone and the one who did my nails.

This place was really nice, so dont let the 4 stars fool you. Im just a bit stingy about giving 5 stars. Ive been wanting to cut my hair for a while, but wanted to donate it without going too short on my end. Once I started sitting on my own hair, I figured thats probably a good indicator its time. It was my first time at BonCiDello Salon. I found them on Groupon. Heather, my stylist, did a GREAT job! Its so lightweight and soft and fluffy.... She was helpful and friendly without talking my ear off, which I know some stylists might do. Haha They even handle hair donation and have forms for Wigs for Kids. I am donating my hair to a different organization, but just the fact that they had those forms ready to go, and would have handled everything, I was really impressed!

Very nice and clean salon. The staff is friendly and Beth is the best; beautiful cuts, low lights and style. I highly recommend both Beth and this salon. Its well worth my 45 mile drive!
