If you have this company out, and decide you need time to think about their offer and talk it over. They will stand up, call you names such as insecure and untrusting and how they dont need or want your business, theyre busy enough as it is, tell you that you have wasted enough of their time, when you apologize telling them youre sorry they feel that way (it isnt unusual to think pricing over, especially as a single mom), theyll shout back No you arent, and if by chance youre "lucky" enough to have other contractors there doing an expensive project, theyll yell back to them that their getting screwed too. Stay away from this company. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and now have my other contractors looking at me in confusion. Not my problem this company made stops here unannounced to see where I stood. Thats not me wasting their time.... this company is a red flag. Beware, I do my homework carefully, and something wasnt right, this is why I needed to think things through. He sensed it, and my opinion this is why he got so terribly upset causing a scene.

After shopping around for a roof my husband and I made the bad decision of having another local company put our roof on. Which at the time we thought was a good deal. Until months later we noticed a piece under the gutter was messed up. We tried reaching out to the company in which they set up a time to come out and never showed then had no contact with us. So we called Sheriff-Goslin which came out that day to take a look at the problem and even fixed it the next day! I know they are a very busy company but to take the time to come look at what is not a big money job for them so quickly was great. Especially when the people who most likely caused the problem wouldnt give us the time of day. I highly recommend this company and Tom and really wish they were the ones to install our roof.

I called Sherriff Goslin because I had a leak around my chimney and it was causing damage to my plaster ceiling. Justin came out to look at the problem. He said the seal around the flashing was no good. He got some caulk and resealed the flashing. Also, while he was on the roof he saw a popped nail, he also caulked that. He did this for no charge though I would have been happy to pay for the service he provided. Justin suggested checking after a rain to be sure the leak was repaired before fixing the ceiling. He said if it still leaked to call him back. Justins demeanor and level of service will not be forgotten.

Through what is normally a very stressful time dealing with roof damage and insurance, Justin Janszen and his crew could not have done a better job. Being a new homeowner, this was our first insurance claim and he was very knowledgeable on both the roofing/ repair and making sure he explained all the details in dealing with insurance. The job was completed quickly and they did a very good job. I would recommend Sherriff-Goslin Co- Cincinnati, directly through Justin, to anyone I know.

My father-in-law recommended Sherriff Goslin Roofing when we told him we had a leak in our bedroom. He said they were very responsive, when they fixed his roof and hasnt had any issues since. We called on a Saturday afternoon after noticing the water marks on our roof and Justin was here in 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, and was on our roof in no time and our leak was fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of roofing service.

Justin Janszen came after a heavy rain to check on a problem. Rather than put it off, he came very late in the day (after business hours), and stayed until he felt the issue was resolved. Took the time to explain what he did which involved a siding issue. In a time where customer service is lacking in business, he went out of his way to go beyond what was expected to help us out. Great combination of competence and professionalism..

It took weeks to get a rep out to give us a bid. We never received the bid in writing after repeated requests. The work date keeps going out by a week or two. The company has never initiated a call to tell us that the scheduled work has to be postponed...again. I call weekly and Tom is rude, unprofessional and apparently doesnt want/ need the work. We will take our business to a company that wants it.

Tom and Dan took really great care when replacing our roof. They kept the area clean and free of the mess that there was in taking off the old roof. Even with the height we have in the back almost three stories high it wen really well. We had a could of areas where the chimney met up against the house that they took extra care to insure we wouldnt have Ice or leaks there in the future too.
