This gym is always very clean and nice. The employees there are some of the best people I have ever interacted with. I work with my developmentally disabled aunt and uncle, so I usually bring them to the gym because they enjoy it so much. The employees practically know us by name and are so friendly and absolutely wonderful to my aunt and uncle. They both love coming to the gym for the fun and especially to see the wonderful people that work there. Great job, PF Hilliard!! Dont change a thing!! Thank you for being so understanding and making an experience that could usually be challenging for my aunt and uncle, extremely fun and safe. They feel very accepted and confident that they can become healthier there with no judgement. Astonishing!

Its a great gym.super clean, bright, spacious and everyone who works there are super friendly. Its spacious, rarely crowded even during peak times, and Ive never had to wait to use any of the machines. Very reasonable membership fee.(You cant beat $10.00) Parking is plentiful and non-stressful. Most of the equipment seems to be new and in working order. Great trainer and its free. She is super friendly and very professional. Easy check-in.

I signed my daughter up for the $10/month membership through my bank account, but the moment she turned 18 she switched to a $20 membership without asking our permission and was then locked into a year long contract. I needed to cancel her membership and understood thered be a buy-out fee, but the club manager, Victoria, waived the fee considering the circumstances. I didnt even ask for that, she just offered it. What great customer service!

The employees dont do anything. They stand there and are very loud. They constantly curse and have awful work ethic. The General Manager doesnt know how to manage a staff whatsoever. She always has an attitude. Bottom line: they need an entirely new staff aside from a few good employees. All of the girls that work there are very nice and do a good job though.

The facilities are okay, but trying to cancel my membership was a hassle. They would not cancel it over the phone. I shouldnt have to come into the facility to cancel my membership. Its an extra trip, time, and gas money. This policy is outdated and does not endear me to rejoin the gym once my time frees up again.

Staff was super positive and motivational, well stocked with merchandise, I bought a towel, the whole facility was clean, they disnt have those wretched auto flush toilets. Showers were good I can never seen to find one with enough pressure though. The one thing holding back 5 stars was no stand up Tanner.

Been to a few PF gyms in Columbus and this one is certainly a very large one. Extra machines to go around, clean and well maintained. Only thing I thought was an issue was there arent plentiful water fountains so definitely dont forget your water bottle or youre doing a long walk to get a drink.

Everyone over there helps each other out if they dont know how to work on the machines. I joined about a week ago ago because of healthy problems and my problems are being solved, its a amazing way to get fit.

Pretty good gym for starters. I just tried to cancel my membership, you have to do it via certified mail or go in to the gym. Last time I checked it was 2015, PF. Online or over the phone is great thanks.

I like the tanning and it is a very clean gym the staff is always cleaning. I never have to wait on a machine that is very nice. I havent tried personal training yet but plan to very soon. :)
