Ive been bringing the family cars here since 2001. Service is friendly and workmanship has always been good. Opinions and quotes they have provided have always been honest and competitive. Never had any of the sales BS or lies Ive gotten from other places. Thats why even though we dont live in Miamisburg any more, we still make the trip to get the work done here. Ive always appreciated that it doesnt matter if its me or my wife in the shop, the honest treatment is the same. Ive paid a bit more for some stuff but when Im getting honesty, customer service and work I dont have to get checked or fixed somewhere else, its well worth it. They are pretty on the mark with estimates of when the work will be done and weve taken advantage of their pick up/drop off (driver, not the car) service before, which is appreciated. Ive only had minor work, repairs and maintenance on the cars, so I cant speak to any major overhaul work. I honestly cant think of a bad experience weve ever had here.

I have taken my vehicle here for years, they always do a good job and are honest. Once tire discounters told me my breaks needed replaced so I dropped it off at Miamisburg Auto and they called to tell me the breaks had plenty of life left on them. This speaks volumes - positively about Miamisburg Auto and poorly to Tire Discounters. Miamisburg Auto is honest and charge reasonable amounts.

They have the best damn mechanics in Southern Ohio, to bad they didnt realize I was 1 of them.... the new management is to be steer cleared of. Del Sandlin on the other hand I 1 of the most honest down to earth MAN ive ever worked for. Good price, honest work. Crappy owners

ABSOLUTELY the WORST service possible.. Two days to bleed F***** breaks and then tried to say that we could pick up the car still messed up because they cant bleed breaks correctly. Horrible service!!!
