Ive used AJs Auto for years. Im commenting today because I saw that other people were having problems with the receptionist. I was there today and the old receptionist, Amanda, is back. Shes really good. She used to be there before but she was gone for a while. Great customer service when shes there! AJ is very direct and very honest so I never worry about being taken advantage of or anything like that. Over the years, Ive seen mechanics come and go. Thats the good thing about AJ. If a mechanic is causing too many problems, AJ gives them a chance to fix it, but they dont stay long.

Had a bad experience i was on hold for a long time every time I called. The receptionist made it hard to speak to mechanic. Then she quoted me a price that was higher. I finally spoke to my mechanic 2 days later and he yell at by saying bring up car up here in a mean way. He told me to order a factory part and quoted a price when I ordered the part he said he cant remember everybody just 2 days later and he quoted me a higher price.

Family owned, ask for Jason. Hes Ajs grandson. He knows what hes doing. They do anything and everything, Ive seen 18 wheelers and everything else there . If it has a engine they work on it.

They charged me $30 for a tire rotation which is basically robbery for 3 minutes of removing and tightening some bolts. most places charge $10-$15. Ripoff.
