Do not use this place. Tammi San Gregory was my agent here for 7 years. Time and time again, she was unbelievably rude and incompetent. Standard insurance procedures such as issuing temporary insurance for a new car being driven from out of state, she refused to do because she said she knew nothing about them and that their office just didnt do that. Total BS. This woman manages to combine a nasty attitude with a lack of knowledge about her business and its inexcusable. She left me stranded in impossible situations because of her stubborn stupidity. I should have switched to USAA years ago.

My Daughter has AAA and needed towed this winter, when she called in received msg telling her to call a towing company and they would reimburse her because they were too busy. She called and got her car towed, turned in the receipt and has not been paid for the towing charge. She has never used her AAA and does not plan on renewing after this. Would not recommend AAA

We have been members for years and have used them for 2 flat tires. They arrived promptly with courteous service. We used Perrysburg AAA for our Alaskan Land/ Cruise trip and Brenda went all out to get us the trip we dreamed of! We are going to ask her for help with our Germany trip! We wouldnt use anyone else!
